Earth work excavation in all classes of soils such as hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red, earth mixed with 50% fair sized boulders and hard gravelly soil and depositing on bank with initialed and lift as per SS 20A inclusive of shoring strutting waling and bailing out water where ever necessary forming protective bunds, coffer dams and including refilling charges around and all other incidental charges etc., complete complying with standard specification for foundation SS. No. 23 SSRB.

Floor finishing with ceromic tiles of 20cm x20 cmx 6mm finished thickness with c.m 1:3-20mm Tk and polished with same color cement including all cost and convene of all materials etc.,complete

Supply and fixing in position of M.S Sheet door using 20mm swg. M.S Plain sheet main frame with 40mm x40mm x 6mm M.S. Angle door frame 25mmx25mmx5mm M.S. Angle and using 25mmx5mm M.S. plate diagonal with necessary cutting bending drilling holes welding and one coat of primary etc., complete.

Fabricating, supplying and fixing in positon of SOLID PVC DOORS with frames of different sizes as per the specifications given below: PVC door frames made out of best quality PVC extruded section of 40mm * 58 mm * 2.50 mm +/- 0.3 mm thick, having multichamber cross section and duly reinforced with steel to be mitre cut at the corners and welded including providing tie rod at the bottom and necessary weather seal etc., and PVC door shutters made out of extruded plastic section of 60 mm * 24 mm size in the configruation of an "A" section for shutter frames and multi-chamber hollow plastic section of 200 mm *200 mm*1 mm (average thickness) with tongue and groove section for panels etc., with necessary holdfasts, rubber beedings, furniture fittings, locking arrangements etc., complete including dimantling the masnery, making chippings, holes in the RCC column, beam etc., wherever necessary with power drill to the extent required and redoing the same to the original condition after fixing etc., complete as per specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supply and fabrication of steel including cost and conveyance of steel and labour charges for cutting, bending, grilling, tying and fixing in position as per standard specification.

Reinforcement CC 1:1,1/5:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of reinforcement and favricative charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roofs

Supplying and fixing in position colour glazed EUROPEAN WATER CLOSET with 'P' or 'S' trap and double flapped seat cover, 10.00 litres capacity P.V.C. low level FLUSHING TANK including all internal fittings fixed on C.I. brackets, 12mm PVC or brass nipple, chromium plated brown headed stopcock, 12mm nylon connection with necessary teakwood plugs, clamps, screws to the portion coming with walls and floors, including dismantling masonry and redoing the same to the original condition.

Supply and fixing of WT bulk head fitting with guard (Philips / Bajaj / Crompton / K. Lite) suitable for incandescent lamp with 60 W CFL bulb. SD83

Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 mm x 100 mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire and making good of the concealed portion with suitable colour for concealed PVC plug point.
