M&L for Water Proofing Treatment on "Non Approachable/Non Accessible and Approachable Roof" surfaces (Horizontal & Vertical surfaces) in following sequence through manufacturer/authorized applicator of the manufacturer. Complete all as specified and directed & Appicabale for Sr 01 to 06.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on roof or concrete surfaces. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying a coat of oxidised bitumen based solvent primer @ 0.3 Kg per Sqm.

M&L for applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.2 Kg per Sqm including cleaning surfaces.

M&L for APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3kg/sqm and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non woven fabric (wt not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on bitumen coated surface with 100 mm overlaps shall be sealed by flame as per manufacturer's instruction. including rmoval of existing one. Complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated APP based polymeric membrane surfaces & applying two coats of bituminous based Aluminium Paint. Complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound ISI marked. Complete all as specified & as directed.

Demolition of Cement concrete(unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for Complete all as specified and directed

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 (Using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate) in roof padding/kerbs/sunken slab etc complete all as spd and directed,

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store & rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.
