Setting up Ingesta/Paunch waste /Dung Drying Processing plant on Turn Key Basis at Ghazipur Slaughter House

SITC of Ingesta/Dung Drying Unit:- a).SITC of Common Storage Tank with two numbers of screw conveyers:-Made up of at least 3 MM thick stainless steel of 304 grade having minimum 10 ton storage capacity with a provision for drainage of excess water. This excess water drainage system will also consist of SS pipes and two screens (primary & secondary) systems of stainless steel to drain the water to ETP including civil construction of pits. This storage tank will be fitted with twin screw of 300 MM Dia and 300 MM Pitch with 5 MM Flight two numbers of conveyors made up of 304 grade stainless steel fitted with geared motor and duplex chain and sprocket driven through geared motor of suitable capacity to feed the 2 Nos. dewatering press for dewatering of the Ingesta etc as required to complete the work at site (1 No), along with supply of two nos. in feed screw SS 304 conveyor. The screw diameters will 300 mm with 5 mm flight thickness and 6 meter long. The will be complete with 5 H.P. geared motor with duplex chain and chain sprocket b)Dewatering Press 4.5 ton per hour:- SITC of Dewatering press complete with motor and helical gearbox capacity minimum 4.5 Ton per hour to process Ingesta to deliver the dewatered Ingesta containing the moisture in the range 40-50%. It should also be fitted with SS maganatic chute capable to detect the metal items from the ingesta etc as required to complete the work at site c)Stainless Steel Pipeline and Screens :- Provision to collect the extracted water from the dewatering press through stainless steel pipe and provision to discharge this water into civil constructed pits having 2 no. stainless steel screens for filtering the Ingesta etc as required at site ( 1 no.) ( 2Nos.) d)SITC of conveyor to discharge the Ingesta received from the dewatering press will be transported through screw conveyor made up of Stainless Steel of 304 grade fitted with geared motor and duplex chain and sprocket driven through geared motor of suitable capacity to transport the discharged material to the storage bin/tank made up of 3 mm thick Stainless Steel of 304 grade as required ( 2 nos.) e)SITC of Storage Tank - 10 ton made up of at least 3MM thick stainless steel of 304 grade having minimum 10 ton storage capacity fitted with screw conveyor of 300 MM Dia and 300 MM Pitch with 5 MM Flight made up of 304 grade stainless steel fitted with geared motor and duplex chain and sprocket driven through geared motor of suitable capacity etc as required to complete the work at site (1 no.) f)SITC of electrical work including required numbers of light fixtures, cable and end termination, Earthing, DB panel & Feeder pillar, cable tray and required capacity of main control panel etc as required at site. h)SITC of PEB measuring 250 sqmeter ,clear height 4.5 meter including RCC flooring of 200mm approx including foundations with Drains and gratings as well as footing for PEB etc as required at site to complete the work. i) SITC of covered conveyor measuring approx 70 Meters to transport dried ingesta from storage bin to Green waste management site( Near Rendering Plant ETP) complete with all support strecture & walkway etc as required at site.
