Earthwork open excavation in all soils and sub soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring, strutting and baling out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth within the compound in places shown by departmental officers with an initial lead of 10m and lift of 2m and clearing and leveling etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with Well Gravel in layers of not more than 15cm thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and filling in foundation and basement with filling M sand in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Cement Concrete 1:4:8 (One Cement, Four sand and Eight hard broken stone jelly) using 40 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including dewatering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15 cm thick, well rammed, consolidated and curing etc. complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and errecting centering to sides and soffits including supports and strutting for drainage sides and culvert body wall sides using M.S Sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and B.G 10stifened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over( silver oak joists ) of size 10cm x 6.50cm spread at about 90cm including all labour charges and cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc. complete Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.30&86 (For Drain,Deck slab & Retainingwall)

Plain Cement concrete in 1:2:4 (one cement , two sand and four aggregate) mix using 20mm ISS hard broken granite metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc., for mixing laying , consolidating,levelling and curring etc., complete Complying with Standard Specification as per TNDSS No.30&86

Supplying, fabricating, erecting structural steel work for roofing welded or bolted type using MS channels, angles, plates and round bars etc. conforming to IS specification including primer coating and enamal painting as per Design given by the departmental officers etc, complete as per standard specification

Fabricating supplying and fixing of pre painted galvanized iron sheets with the following specification. The materials should be of PPGI tile profile with a red colour or any other approved design 0.47 mm thick 24 guage having width 1050 mm. The sheet should be G.I.base pre painted hot dipped galvanized iron sheet and to be fixed with shelf tapping screws,plastic washer.The washer and screws to be fixed by using minute power machine drilled with out damaging the sheets paint coating to be regular modified polyster coat with zinc coating of Z 120 GSM paint thickness the finish should be terra cotta finish like malabar mangalore tiles finish optional matt finish. The sheet to be fixed with making suitable corrugated,cutting the sheet in to the required ssize and making ornamental designs as per the site condition and as directed by the departmental officers.

Brick work using second class table moulded chamber burnt bricks of size (9" x 4-3/8" x 2-3/4") 23cm x 11cm x 7cm in Cement Mortar 1:5 (one cement and five sand) including cost and conveyance of all materials ,and labour charges for mixing the mortar ,constructing ,curing to requried period and wherever the masonry projection is neccasary for elevation shall be done with out extra cost etc , complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering in Cement Mortar 1:5 Mix (one cement, five sand) 12mm thick including cost and conveyance of all materials to site, loading and unloading charges and labour charges for mixing, laying and curing and as directed by the departmental officers etc. complete. Complying with std. specifications as per TNDSS No.56 & 57

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic emusion of first quality paint two coat for platerd wall surface and of approved colour over priming coat including through scrapping clean removal of dirt and , preparing the surface,scaffolding charges and curing etc., complete and including necessary plaster of paris ,Putty wherever required as per standard specification

Painting two coats with Ready Mixed Enamel Paint over the new iron works of approved quality and colour without priming coat including the cost all materials etc.,complete, in all floors.

(SD16) Wiring with 2x 1.5 sqmm (22 / 0.3 ) PVC insulated single core unsheathed copper conductor cable of 1100V grade in suitablePVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories and with TW switch box and 5A F.T. switch with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC light point / Fan point (For Electronic regulator)

(SD37) Wiring with 2x1.5sqmm (22/0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed Cu.Conductor of 1100 V grade in suitable PVC rigid pipe on wall and ceiling with PVC accessories with 150 mm x 100 mm x 113mm TW switch box in flush with wall with 3 mm thick Hylem sheet cover for 5 A 3 pin non inter locking CS plug with painting of suitable colour with continuous earth wire connection of 14 SWG TC wire for open PVC plug point.

(SD88) Supply and fixing of single box type 4'40 W flu fitting complete with copper choke and condensor with TW round blocks on wall or ceiling with flu tube with PVC unsheathed Copper leads from terminals to the fitting.
