Material and labour for point wiring for one light point controlled by one way switch complete with 1100Volts grade 1.50 Sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLS grade copper conductor cable (Make: Anchor/ Havells/ Plaza/ Finolex/ Polycab) fixed/ drawn through and including white/ ivory colour heavy duty PVC casing/ capping with accessories (Make: Prestoplast/ Pressfit/ Finolex/ Precision) and fixing on wall/ ceiling including PVC board with cover (ISI marked) for mounting switches, sockets, regulators etc and providing one run of 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded FRLS grade copper conductor cable as earth continuity wire and connecting to common earth and carrying out IR test for each circuit including making good the disturbed surface incement mortar 1:3 and matching/ finishing surfaces by distemper/ colour wash as per existing colour surfaces over plaster of peris/ putti complete all as specified and directed.

Note: - All major repairs such as replacement of bush, bearing, condenser, shaft, connection wire, winding & painting will be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of Schedule.
