JOB ORDER FOR : JOB ORDER FOR : PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE OF ELECTRICALLY OPERATED PASSENGER & GOODS LIFTS OF HQ WAC UNIT BLDG SUBROTO PARK . The following work are urgently required :-

Comprehensive, preventive and periodical maintenance of 02 nos electrically operated ThyssenKrupp make passenger lift of capacity 13 passenges suitable for serving G+5 Floors ( total 05 landings) x 02 Nos lifts with electric power operated doors, auto electric levelling device complete with ARD facility installed at HQ WAC unit building at Subroto park to be maintained round the clock as described here-in-after in reliable,safe and efficient operating condition by regularly examining the lubricating and adjust the electrical and mechanical driving equipment , governer, sleeve, shaft assembly bearing/ contacts & governer jaws, car & hall mechanical buttons, car & hall position indicators and all other car and landing signal fixtures, deflectors, car and counter weight guide rails and buffers, repairs to lift well bulk head lamps and carry out planned maintenance in a systematic and controlled manner using techniques and expertise consultancy including labour charge for replacement of spare parts such as door sensor, CTU/MCU/CCU card, door spring, door roller, door drive, contactors, V3F drive, door spring,TR type switches etc and qoauted rate is including replacement of alarm, open & close, up &down, floor indication, firemen switches,supply & fixing in replacement of broken glases of firemen switch, wire, lugs, lubricants, air cord, landing wheel, nuts and bolts, rubber bushes, rollers of doors, lift cabin button, break shoe liner, training cable all type of relays in the control boards , transformers rectifiers. cabin fan, cabin lights etc, as and when required and necessary welding work if required, complete all as specified and directed to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-In-charge.

Note: (a) The complaints shall be attended forthwith as the complaint/failure from the time to time of receipt of the same. The contractor shall deploy sufficient lift mechanic and helper. Rate quoted is deemed to be inclusive of T&P required to carry out repairs, stationery for upkeep of records. (b) The Job consists of comprehensive maintenance of M/S ThyssenKrupp lifts at HQ WAC unit Building at Subroto Park. The work will be carried out under Authorised dealer for comprehensive maintenance of lifts all as specified . (c) Lift mechanic shall be well experieced in lift/elevators repairs and maintenance and fully equipped with required T&P. (d) The contractor shall ensure proper functioning of safety devices.
