Excavation in trenches in any type of soil not exceeding 1.50 metre wide and not exceeding 1.50 metre in depth; for foundation, etc. and getting out complete, all as specified.

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick each, complete, all as specified.

Removing excavated spoil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point complete, all as specified.

Locating blockage in existing distribution pipe line 25/40mm dia any type in position by excavation work manualy in any type of soil upto 750x500mm upto max 2Mtr length at various location. ( Maximum up to 3 location) including necessary cutting/threading/welding work & provision of required size of fittings such as union/socket 1no ,replacement of damaged pipeline,returning filling and removal of surplus soil complete all as specified . Note :- (i) Pipe length will be measured and paid saperately under approriate item of sch 'A' (ii) Contractor shall restore supply system within 8Hrs.

Dismantling to existing unserviceable submersible pump motor of 25HP, 3Phase, 440Volt, 50HZ and Rewinding to stator with PVC insulated copper winding wire including sleeves, thimble & minor spare parts like as bronze bushes, gland packing etc and Re-assembling to the same after motor after repair work . Complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer -in - Charge.

Note : (1) All the misc items such as impregranted paper, warnising, cotton tape and other misc items required for satisfactory completion of job deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted. (2). Bearings, Terminal block and coupling will be measured and paid separately under respective Sch 'A' Items. (3) The above repairs are considered to meet the anticipated requirement if any and based on the site requirement the scope will be handed over to the Contractor.

Disconnecting and taking out of unserviceable fuel suction pipe and supply and fixing new PVC flexible pipe as per existing make and size from fuel tank to fuel filter of DG sets complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable belts of the DG set and supply and fixing fan belt of C-49 Make : Fenner / Gemini / Hilton sizes suitable for DG set engine operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting and taking out old unserviceable belts of the DG set and supply and fixing fan belt of B-33 Make : Fenner / Gemini / Hilton sizes suitable for DG set engine operation complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Disconnecting & taking out of existing AMF panel of any description and in any position, of 62.5 KVA to 250 KVA capacity DG set & opening of AMF Panel, checking AC/DC circuits and replacement of unserviceable control wiring with 1.5 Sqmm, single core, copper conductor, flexible, PVC insulated, unsheathed cable suitable upto 1100 volts confirming to IS-694, taking out, removing and replacement of unserviceable parts / spares / items, reassembling the panel & fixing the same in position and testing the AMF panel on full load after completion of repairs all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : The quoted rates of the contractor are deemed to include for fixing the serviceable parts in position and replacement of unserviceable parts with new parts. The new replaced parts shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate item of Sch `A’ as `supply only ‘ but quoted rates are inclusive of replacement of small/minor parts such as nuts, bolts, washers/lugs/gaskets etc.

Supply only the SMPS (Switch mode power supply) /Transformer /Rectifire of 12 Volts DC supply of AMF Panels repaired under Schedule `A’ item No above. Note : (i) Fixing & testing element of the following items is deemed to be included in the rates quoted by the contractor for respective Schedule `A’ item. (ii) Contractor shall have no claim on account of variation of quantities of items or non execution of the item.
