The frame work of partition is of extruded aluminum consists of vertical side bar of 60 mm width ,Top & Mid horizontal bar of 60mm width and wire race way section of 81x36mm provided with race way cover of 100mm width .The mid horizontal section of partition is placed at 750 mm working top height with a provision of holding brackets of working top .All different section of partitions are screwed .On box type frame between mid-bar& bottom race way made of 25 mm thick pre-laminated medium density fibre/particle board(/ ) covered with 8 mm thick particle pre-laminated decorative board(/) on both sides of frame and another box type frame between top & mid bar made of 25 mm thick pre-laminated medium density fibre/particle board (/)having pin up soft board with choice fabric or white marker board .However, the partition between mid-bar & top bar can be provided with semi frosted glass ,by using special glass extruded aluminum section. The different extruded aluminum section provided with Top trim of D shape of 60 mm width on three side with self-locking provision of sections .The PVC caps /covers of same colors are used on ends, L shape joineries, T shape joineries and four way joineries, depends on layout of partition. For the joining of partition modules in L shape the semicircular 68mm vertical section is used at joinery and for T shape placement of modules 60mm vertical T cover is used at joinery. All extruded aluminum section used in partition are well powder coated with 70-80 micron powder coating of approved shade. D)Seat: - Seat has self closing mechanism which will operate by means of dead weight Seat understructure is made from combination of welded fabricated structure of 5mm Thk HR as per IS:2062 and 8mm thk ply as per 1S:303 with moulded PU foam of density 55 kg/cu.mtr. on top which in turn is covered with stitched upholstery made of leatherite as per INT/DSN/MSS/UPH1038 or foam back fabric as per TNT/DSN/MSS/UPH/013. Seat assembly is covered on bottom side by means of seat cover made of pp. E)Seat Back: - Seat back is made from combination of 8mm thk ply as per 15:303 with moulded foam on top which in turn is covered with stitched upholstery made leaterite as per INT/DSN/MSS/UPH/038 or foam back fabric as per INT/DSN/MSS/UPHJ013. F) Seat Support Frame :- Seat support frame is made from combination of MS ERW tube section (IS 7138) of size 80x40x2.5 mm thick rectangular tube and MS ERW tube section(IS 7138), of size 48x19.1x2 mm thick oval tube welded together . Assembly os powder coated with Epoxy polyester. CAP made of ultramid are provided from front to cover the oval tubes. G)Modesty: - Modesty is made of 25mm thick pre-laminated twin board of E1-P2 Grade and approved shade conforming to IS:12823:1990. All the edge of modesty are provided with machine pressed 2 mm Thick pvc edge band glue with hot melt glue complete including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Conditions:-i) Rates should be quoted for all leads, lifts and all heights irrespective of any floor level etc. ii) The tapestry cloth to be used shall be of Seasons / Vimal make or equivalent as approved by the Engineer -in-Charge. Iii) The Bidder shall attach authorization of the Principle Manufacturer / Company that he is authorized to bid in this specific tender on his behalf. Copy of Proof should be attached. iv) The Bidder shall attach the Balance Sheet, Profit and Loss Statement for the last five years duly issued by the Charted Accountant which should not be in loss. V) For working-out the bid capacity, the turnover amount for last five years for civil work including furniture should be specifically separated out which should be issued by the charted accountant. vi) The Bidder should never have been blacklisted / Debarred by any organization & shall attach affidavit duly notarized on Non Judicial Stamp Paper for the same. vii) The Bidder / Principle Manufacturer / Company shall attach the experience for successfully executed similar wooden furniture orders during the last five financial years & value of any one of such single order (without Liquidated Damage or Compensation) should be minimum amounting to Rs. 108.50 Lac (Rs. One hundred eight Lac and fifty thousend ) only. Certified copy of completion certificate issued by the client department (Govt/Semi Govt.) dully signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent in this regard needs.( to be attached to be read with Eligilibity criteria claim No. 26.2b). viii) The successful Bidder shall supply one sample of each and every item at site of work in advance within 15 days of award of work for approval from the competent authority. After approval of samples he can execute the work for supply of total quantity as per agreement. ix) The Bidder / Principle Manufacturer / Company should have their own plant and machinery to execute the work. He should have to submit an Affidavit in this regard duly notarized.. x) The Bidder should have attach affidavit duly notarized for warranty of materials for five years and amount of security will be released after three years after the issue of the certificate final or otherwise of completion of work or till the final bill. xi) All the amounts such as for work done, work in hand and experience etc. should be supported with authentic documentary proof i.e. certificate not below the rank of Executive Engineer or equivalent of any Government / semi Government department. In case of turnover etc. only certificate of a registered Charted Accountant shall be considered. xii) Bid of any bidder not qualifying any of the above condition or of bid documents shall be rejected during finalization of technical bids and his financial bid shall not be opened. Xiii) Furniture\ items shall be finalized by the constituted committee. xiv) If there is increased/ decreased in size/ quantities of items same shall be paid on pro-rata basis.
