| 10.00 | Repairing the existing damaged alround continuous architectural framed RCC sunshade at 9.20m height roof level (in the second floor roof slab level alround the building) by redoing in to original shape with following specifications. The existing damaged and cracked RCC alround framed continuous architectural sunshades are carefully dismantling with safety measures . The existing corroded reinforcement shall be cleaned thoroughly by wire brushing /mechanical means to remove all rust and scales. Additional raft shall be provided to the required lap length on the existing re-bars with new reinforcement. The re-bars shall be treated with anti-corrosive epoxy chemical coating with two coats and necessary special type of centering in line with the original profile and bringing in to the same profile with Cement Concrete 1:1-1/2:3 (One Cement, One and a half sand and Three hard broken stone jelly) using 20 mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works including cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures in the RCC sunshade wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc. shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra and using sthabathi and Guiniting if neceeary. The polimer bonding agent shall be mixed with neat cement @ 500 ml/10Kgs of cement applied on concrete surface.
