Supply and fixing battery 12 Volts, 7 AH SMF type to existing lift 8-10 persons capacity complete including taking down the unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing battery 12 Volts, 18 AH SMF type to existing lift 8-10 persons capacity complete including taking down the unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing cabin light 18 watt 230 volts to existing lift 8-10 persons capacity complete including taking down the unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

Comphrensive maintenance and repairs including attending the break down complaints in the following locations of electric fire smoke alarm system, electrically operated with 8 to 10 zone micro processor based fire alarm panel with LCD display zone, short, open indication complete all as specified and directed. Note :- The rate quoted by the bidders shall include the following :- (i) Replacement of any electrical and electronic parts like PCB, battery charger, integrated circuits, diodes, capacitors transformer, LED indicators, open / short circuit LEDs, relays etc. (ii) Removing of short circuit / open circuit / earth faults for individual fire alarm panel. (iii) For testing only through authorised service engineer/dealers. (iv) The duration of the test is once in every month througout the currency of contract. (v) Periodical test report to be submitted through authorised service engineer/dealers for every month (vi) Report of monthly inspection maintenance carried out by the bidder to be submitted on every inspection / maintenance and after rectification of any breakdown. (vi) The bidder is lailable for conducting inspection/ maintenance/repair on call basis if required other than normal monthly inspection. On call contractor is required to attend the complaint within 24 hrs. If not attended the complaint within 24 hrs the bidder is liable to pay a penality Rs.1500/- per day.

(vii) Cleaning of every fire/smoke detectors every month. (viii) Replacement of major spare parts as given in item here-in-after will be measured and paid separetely.

Supply and fixing existing fire smoke alarm system battery 12V 7 AH SMF type including taking down of unserviceable item complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for sub main wiring with 2 run of 2.5 sqmm (nominal cross-sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed single core flame retardant cable (FR) of working voltage 1100 volts grade with stranded copper conductor including one run of 2.0 Sqmm (nominal cross sectional area) PVC insulated unsheathed flame retardant cable (FR) with stranded copper conductor as continuous earth wire connected to main switches DBs or in common earth dolly drawn with and including 20 mm dia PVC rigid non- metallic conduit after and including taking down / dismantling old sub main wiring including old conduit / casing capping / wooden batten etc of any description complete all as specified and directed. Note : 2 run of power cable, 1 run of earth wire and one run of conduit will be measured as one length.
