Tertiary treatment includes for one number chlorine contact cum filter Feed Tank in MS FRP Construction, as per design specifications of OEM, with one set of chlorine dosing system comprising of solution tank and dosing pumps with necessary connection for dosing solution in chlorine contact tank, 02 Nos filter feed centrifugal monobloc pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings for feeding tertiary unit, level sensor for chlorine contact cum filter feed tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump, one pressure gauge for each pump to provide to measure pressure at the outlet, one number Dual Media filter complete with media, frontal piping valve and pressure gauge to measure pressure across the filter, one number of Activated Carbon filter, complete with media, frontal piping, valve and pressure gauge , one number Treated water tank in MSFRP Construction to recieve supernatant coming from tertiary treatment, two nos sludge transfer self priming monobloc pumps complete with motor and all necessary fittings and accessories including one pressure gauge for each pump, one number of sludge hol.ding tank in MSFRP Construction as per design specifications to receive sludge from tube settler, two nos sludge transfer self priming monobloc pumps complete with motor and all necessary accessories and fittings, Level sensor in the sludge holding tank and interlinked with pumps for ON-OFF operation as per level in the sump, pressure gauge for each pumps, one number electerical control panel for operation of all electromechanical units of STP, power and control cables of suitable size to interconnect various drives laid over suitable cable tray and instrumentations with STP Panel etc, complete including permission of civil authority for connecting outlet water into natural resources, testing, commissioning etc. NOTE :- (i) Rate shall including for permission of civil authority for the connection of outlet etc., testing, commissioning and design, complete including all as specified. Supply, installing, commisioning & testing of Diesel Engine driven generator set of 25 KVA with AMF Panel complete with suitable acoustic Enclosure all as per central pollution control board guidelines, 50 cycles per second with 0.8 power factor, engine as per IS 10001/10002 and alternator as per IS-13364 complete. The engine and alternator shall be capable to take 10% over load for one hours in every 12 hours operation. The alternator of rating 25KVA of generator set shall be directly coupled with diesel engine mounted on common base plate with alternator and all as specified and comprising of the following.
(A) Engine:- Vertical in line, three cylinder diesel engine of 25 KVA rated at 1500 RPM as per ISO 3046/BS-5514/649 or 10002 direct injection type with turbo charger and water cooled engine electric starting system, arrangement of starting and the engine shall be capable of running 12 Hrs continuosly and with 10% of over loading for 01 Hrs in each 12 Hrs running. The engine shall be equipped with all standard fittings all as per manufacturer recommendation. Engine shall be directly coupled with alternator mounted on common base plate with the following. (a) Battery 12V, 100AH with set of 01 No with battery charger extra and battery charger having electronic control consist of diodes, rectifiers contacts, resistance etc. The battery charger shall be able to charge the battery at all time whenever electric supply is given to the battery charger flow control panel. (b) Heavy duty industrial silencer fitted with expansion joint and silencer pipe duly lagging with asbestos rope from engine to out side power house building up to 0.50 Mtrs and independently supported with and including frame fixed to wall/floor. (c) Fly wheel with coupling bolt (d) Lub oil filter. (e) Instrument panel comprising of micro processor based controller for measuring parameters like coolant temperature, running hrs, lubricating oil pressure etc.
(f) Engine speed governor (Electro mechanical) class A-1, governing as per BS 5514. (g) Air filter (Dry Type). (h) Turbo charger of suitable capacity. (j) Oil pump for forced feed lubrication. (k) Fuel Injuction Pump. (l) Fuel filter double bowl. (m) Micro processer based controller in panel for high cooling water temp and low lub oil pressure with alarm and shut down facility. (n) Radiator. (o) Flexible rubber coupling. (p) Set of fuel pipes of suitable length. (q) Base plate. ® Fuel tank capacity as per manufacture design with all connecting pipe and fabricated MS Stand including level gauge. (s) Anti vibrating pads and mounting for the gen set, Engine and alternator. (t) Lagging of exhaust mani fold with asbestos rope to exposed pipes. (u) 40 mm long flexible exhaust pipe with end lunged.
B Alternator Alternator of rating capacity 20 kw (25 KVA)& capable to take 10% extra load at every 12 hours interval for one hours, 3 phase, 4 wire, 50 HZ, 415 volts, 0.8 power factors, 1500 RPM self excited self regulated required to be coupled with above engine. The alternators shall be comforming to IS-4722 & IS-4728 as per following specification. (a) Type:- Siient poles, single bearing brushless type suitable for direct coupling to engine. (b) Rating:- Guaranteed to deliver required output at the ambient temp conditions, suitable for an over load of 10% for 1 hour every 12 hours operation. (c) Self excited - self regulated. (d) Voltage Regulations:- Suitable for taking rated load immediately after machines reaches rated voltage and speed (f) vibration : Suitable for direct coupling with engine and mounted on common MS chanel base frame. (g) Enclousure : Screen protected drip proof enclousure with IP 23 degree of protection. (h) Cooling : Air cooled type with radial fan mounted on rotor. (j) Winding and insulation, insulation class H as defined in IS 4722. (k) Contol panel shall be provided with PC 1.1 controller and digital display for measuring of line /phase voltages/current, frquency etc. and having MCCB of 63 Amp with over loaded and short circuit protection.
C AMF PANEL (i) Standard control panel for DG Set shall be made of fabricated sheet cubicle type with front hinged cover with internal copper wiring and or suitable size complete with micro precessor based controller with following features. (a) State of the art compact microprocessor based with configorable technology. (b) Integration of all engine and alternator parameters. (c) for ease of viewing high performance graphical LCD and prominent Display. (d) Event loging history for easy of maintenance/service. (e) Capability of with standing wide range of operating temperature. (f) Individual touch button for mannual auto and test mode. (g) LED Indication for gen set status and alarms. (h) Battery condition monitoring. (j) Statical cumulative counters like no of starts, engine run hrs, KWH. (k) Setting provision for different parametres on front panel. (l) Two nos MCCB 63 Amp, 25kA breaking capacity, one for main supply and other for DG supply. (m) Two no contactors of 63 Amp capacity for main & DG. (n) Aluminium bus bars of 100Amp capacity provided with termination.
(ii) Display Parameters (a) Electrical Parameters : Phase voltage, line current, frequency, average voltage, average current, KW, KWH, KVA, KVAR, PF, Earth fault current. (b) Mechanical Parameters : Lub oil pressure coolant, temp, engine speed, fuel status, engine run hrs, battery voltage (iii) Protection (a) Electrical Protection : Under/Over voltage, Under/Over Frequency, Phase Failure. Phase sequencer reverse, over current, over KW. (b) Mechanical Protections : Under/Over speed, Low lub oil pressure, high engine coolant temp, Low fuel level alarm, start/stop fail, charging alternator fail. (iv) Cable entry gland plate with cable glands. (D) Foundation : DG Set shall be installed on new foundation block as per manufacture recommendation including excavation works for foundation, provision of cable ducts, making good any damages to existing structure, fuel piping from fuel tank to gen set with medium grade GI tubing and cold water piping system (Medium grade GI tubing from nearest water point to radiator of engine with brass tap and stop cock and fittings complete connecting the existing earthing strip to control panel, DG set and Generator

Note for BoQ Sr Item No. 71 , 71.01, 72 and 72.01 :- (i) The Contractor will ensure suitable replacement of Electrician/FGM Pipe/ Pipe Fitter/ Mate on rest days and wages for the same deemed to included in the unit rates quoted against items of M&O. (ii) The Contractor shall produce details of the persons deployed by him his skilled/unskilled persons like name, aadhar no., Aadhar linked bank Account no.,Experience Certificate EPF No. and ESIC No. within a week of acceptance of tender. The work wii be commenced only after submission of requisite documents. (iii) The Contractor shall ensure that his persons will always be present in shift. (iv) The Contractor shall be responsible for maintaning the complete area (i.e. insisde the boundary wall) such as building, hard standing, footpath etc in neat and clean position. All necessary T&P for cutting/cleaning of grass and vegetation will be arranged by the contractor without any extra cost. (v) The Contractor shall provide uniform, raincoat, protective clothing such as hand gloves, helmet, safety belt, first aid box and shoes etc to all the persons on duty and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the item of M&O here-in-before. The uniform shall have the name of the contractor and MES written on the shirt pocket (Left & Right side). (vi) The persons deployed by the contractor should have experience of nature of work under this Contract Agreement. (vii) The Contractor shall provide log sheet and maintain the same on daily basis and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the quoted rate of BoQ here-in-before.
(viii) The Contractor shall make payment to his staff employed for this work every month accounted for the date of commencement of the work and submit it to Engr-in-Charge bank statement/individual's Passbook, EPF and ESIC details as proof of payment. (ix) Stacking the sludge cakes properly. (x) Cleaning the blockages in any pump/pipeline. (xi) Supplying/Distributing the treated water regularly as per directions. (xii) Complete Cleaning of grits and Channels daily. (xiii)Brooms and Cleaning materials will be arranged by the contractor. (xiv) During Cleaning, safety Equipments will be supplied and arranged by the Contractor. (xv) Removing the algar/sludge in the Tube settler and Keeping the Surrounding Area Clean. (xvi) Mixing of Chemicals as directed. (xvii)Daily, weekly, monthly, quaterly, Half Yearly and Yearly maintenance of Equipments. (xviii) Periodic Cleaning as and when required of oil and grease trap and screen chamber including any heating inorganic waste to avoid clogging of pumps.
