Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of 11 KV, 630A, 21KA for 3 Sec. SF6 insulated, one side extensible, outdoor duty 4 Way Ring Main Unit, (For Outdoor application IP55, V Modules Motorized) manual operated , in combination of 2 Nos. VCB modules (Outgoing) & 2 Nos. Load Break Switch Modules (Incomer ), consisting of copper bus bar in SF6 insulated 304 ( Non-ferrite Non-Magnetic Grade) stainless steel enclosure of thickness 2.5mm with a manometer fixed on the tank. The breaker shall have mechanical ON/ OFF indicator with hand trip device and spring charging, spring release coil, auxiliary switch of 2 NO + 2NC . The HV switchgear and control gear should be confirmed to IEC- 62271-100, IEC-62271-200-2003 & IEC-60694-1996. The RMU gas tank should be internal arc tested for 21KA for 1 Second with IAC-AFL classification for gas tank. The complete RMU mimic and cable chamber should be covered by a single door to have ingress protection of minimum IP54 . The RMU design should support site replaceable HT cable bushing and VI of VCB should be RMU manufacturer's own make. All the type test certificates as per IEC from third party lab to be submitted . RMU should have followings:

- 1 No. Microprocessor based self powered numerical relay with over current / earth fault & short circuit protection with each VCB feeder.

- 3 No's protection CT shall be of burden 2.5VA, ratio 500/1A, class of accuracy class 5P10 for O/C and E/F protection for each VCB. (CT ratio is indicative and may vary during detailed engineering )

-1 No. Manometer for each tank

-1 no. Voltage passage indicator for each feeder

-1 no. fault passage indicator for each LBS module

- Right angle boots for all the feeder modules

-Vacuum interrupter & RMU should be of the same make for better life cycle optimization.

- Basic insulation level of complete system shall be 28KV (RMS)/ 75KV (Peak)

Make of RMU :- Biecco Lawrie / Crompton / Kirloskar / MEI / Jyoti Ltd /ABB / SIEMENS / SCHNEIDER/Mitsubishi .

Note :- (1) Contractor shall be responsible for proper cordination with Supply company for timely shutdown as per need basis, connections & termination and other safety measures etc as per requirement of supply company and Nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (2) For any casualty occurred during the installation & commissioning, deparatment shall not be liable for the same and the firm shall be fully responsible.

Supplying of 3 Core X 95 Sq. mm. 11KV (E) Grade, stranded compact circular Aluminum Conductor, Conductor Screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, Cores laid up, innersheath of PVC Tape, Galvanised steel Flat Strip Armoured and overall PVC sheated cable confirming to IS 7098 / (Part-II) 1985 with the latest amendments etc. complete as required.

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Laying of one number additional PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size direct in ground in the same trench in one tier horizontal formation including excavation, sand cushioning, protective covering and refilling the trench etc as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 6 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe from earth electrode including connection with G.I. nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm G.I. strip on surface or in recess for connections etc. as required.

Providing and fixing 6 SWG dia G.I. wire on surface or in recess for loop earthing along with existing surface/ recessed conduit/ submain wiring/ cable as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Supplying and Fixing of 25mm X25mmX5mm angle iron frame for existing CC foundation i/c cutting , welding , painting , finishing etc. complete as reqd.

Recovery of old existing 11 KV LIVE HT Cable / PILCA cables after tracing existing cable route with help of HTM / suitable cable tracer Machine from existing CC road / Ground/ Stone flooring in working condition i/c cutting the CC Road / Excavation of Soil / Removing existing flooring with help of necessary T & P or mannually with help of necessary manpower alongwith necessary safety precaution required for working of live HT Supply as per I.E. Rules etc. complete as reqd. ( From existing JVVNL OCB / Meter Room to Compound Wall near Cash Counter Ashok Marg, TAX Bldg., Jaipur approx. length is 25.0 Mtr)

Making Cable trench of 600mm X1200mm with the help of brick masonary and CC floor on bottom of minimum 225mm for laying of cables plastering , finishing the same complete as reqd.

Providing and fixing of 6mm thick M S chequered plate i/c cutting , welding making suitable hook arrangements complete as reqd.

Supplying and Fixing of 35mm X35mmX5mm M.S.angle iron frame for existing trench i/c cutting , welding , painting , finishing etc. complete as reqd.
