SCHEDULE 'A' PHASE-I (MAIN WORK)

PRIME COST SUM: Provide Prime Cost sum of Rs 6000000.00 as defined in condition 5 of IAFW-2249 for Design, supply, installation and testing of the following works of accoustic treatement to auditorium hall including all necesary scaffolding, safety measures of building as well as workmen, saftery net and working at any height as per site requirement shall be executed all as specified as under. The complete acoustic treatment (wall panelling and false ceiling) of auditorium shall be got designed from Acoustical consultant/expert agency based on NBC norms :- (a) Sound acoustic Wall Panelling (two types) capableof high soundabsorption 0.9 NRC : 855 Sqm (b) Sound acoustic False Ceing capableof high soundabsorption 0.9 NRC : 170 Sqm

NOTES:- (i) Prime cost sum shall be got executed through the agency nominated by Accepting Officer and ordered by GE as per Condition 5 of IAFW - 2249 (General Conditions of Contract). (ii) The amount of Prime cost sum of Rs. 60,00,000.00 indicated above is Prepriced by MES and the Add/Deduct percentage (%) will be indicated under col 6 of this BOQ over the sum inserted by MES and bidders are requested to quote his lumpsum under col 6 in such a way that the percentage (%) worked out shall not be more than 15% (Fifteen Percent). In case the percentage worked out more than (+) 15% over the lumpsum amount inserted by MES in that case the percentage (%) will be corrected to ensure as (+) 15% only. Also refer Condition 5 of IAFW-2249 (General Condition of Contracts). (iii) Material should be as per IS 2526. (iv) Testing of acoustic material shall be carried out by CBRI Roorkee or equivalent institute. (v) Dismantling of old ceiling sheets and grid adjacent to existing wall panelling shall be carried out carefully and same shall be refixed after new wall panelling work completed for seating portion of Auditorium and same shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rates.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including all fixtures and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants, regulators, sockets, light fitting (except fans) etc. removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.; to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Taking down the existing unserviceable main switch / DBs/ MCB Enclosure of any type / capacity / description as existing at site including MCBs any type and capacity making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Taking down the existing unserviceable sub main wiring of any type / description as existing at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing finishes all as specified.

Taking down ceiling fan/ exhaust fan of any sweep, keeping with safe custody and refixing the same with replacement of unsv 3 core PVC insulated multistranded copper conductor cable of size 23/ 0.193 from ceiling rose to fan terminal and material labour over hauling the ceiling fan / exhaust fan including replacement of bearing, winding insulation, capacitor including painting of ceiling fans /exhast fans with synthetic enamel paint by spray painting in one coat including filling cavities with filler after cleaning all dust etc. to achieve smooth surface, complete all as specified.

M&L Point wiring using colour coding as per IS with two numbers of 1.5 Sq mm multistranded copper conductor single core FRLSH PVC insulated unsheathed 1100 Volts, ISI-694 marked cables of any length as required at site, drawn through and including concealed ISI marked PVC conduit medium grade and its accessories (min size of conduit shall be 19 or 20 mm dia), in wall /roof/ floor etc. with GI sunken boxe of 1.6 mm thick, 60 mm depth of suitable size including cutting ,chasing in brick wall, stone masonry/ PCC wall for fixing/ grouting sunken box as per site requirement and making good the surface to match with existing finishes including provision of cover with modular white outer plate with frame and inner plate for mounting the modular switches/ sockets/ regulators etc. including providing and running of one 1.5 Sq mm copper conductor FRLSH, PVC insulated cable as earth continuity conductor along with wiring and connecting to the common earth dolly all as specified for the following:- Note: (i) Circuit wiring of minimum size 2.5 Sqmm from DB to terminal box shall be used. (ii) Rate for M&L for circuit wiring from DB to terminal box shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

a) Two light point controlled by one switch complete all as specified.

b) One fan point controlled by one switch complete all as specified.

c) One three pin 5 Amps socket outlet point controlled by one No one way switch on independent board complete.

Ditto- all as per Item No. 6.00 above but with two number stranded copper conductor 2.5 Sq. mm (nominal area), single core, PVC insulated and unsheathed multistranded FRLSH cable 1100 Volt grade ISI-694 marked for 3 pin, 15 Amp socket outlet, independent, including PVC insulated multistranded FRLSH copper conductor 2.5 Sqmm (nominal area) single core as earth continuity conductor to common earth and connecting to earth dolly, complete all as specified.

NOTE for item Nos. 32 & 33:- (i) Rates for M&L power point wiring with conduit and its accessories required for functioning of these lights alongwith independent switch, socket, 3 core wire of sufficient length, plug top etc as directed by Engineer-in-Charge and making good the disturbed surface are deemed to be included in the quoted rate.

WATER-COOLED TYPE SCREW CHILLER UNIT: Supplying, installing, testing & commissioning of water cooled screw chillers with VFD Minimum actual capacity 76-80 TR with compressors comprising of one or semi - Hermetic type screw compressors with capacity control and self motor protection, oil temperature protection etc., Flooded Evaporator, shell and tube condenser, suitable expansion device for operation on R- 407C/410A/ R134A or any new type green Gas refrigerants and of capacity as mentioned & as per specification. NOTES:- The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for following:- (i) RCC/PCC foundation, MS structure work, civil work etc for mounting of Chiller unit as per design, specification and recommendation of manufacturer/ OEM and as directed. (ii) Frame work for mounting of chiller, condensor, compressor, and motor with base plate complete, initial/ first charge of refrigerant gas and compressor oil and other accessories. (iii) Price quoted shall be inclusive of all duties, taxes insurances, transportation, shipment, loading and unloading charges etc from work to site. (iv) The quoted rate shall be inclusive for starters, victaulic coupling and programming of system. (v) Bidder shall visit site before quoting the rates.

Supply, fixing, testing & commissioning of Chiller Plant Manager Software & hardware (description of system control to be as per tender specifications). Chiller Plant consists of 2 Nos Chillers, 2Nos Primary Chilled Water Pumps, 01 Nos Cooling Tower, 02 Nos equipments could operate and control simultaneously. The Controllers need to be BTL Certified. The Chiller Plant Manager and Chiller Supplier shall be responsible to ensure smooth integration. The Controller needs to be factory installed with Algorithms suited for the supplied chiller and including its suitable control cable (Chiller plant manager must be BMS compatible). MAKE: Honey well/ Schnider/ Seimens. NOTE: Rate quoted shall be deemed to include for supply and control cable of chiller plant manager.

CHILLED WATER CIRCULATION PUMP (Variable Primary): Supply, installation, testing and comissoning of horizontal centrally coupled end suction type pump for chilled water circulation system with pump inlet and outlet suitable for connection of pipe size 100 NB and capacity not less than 192 gpm discharged at head of 25m having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced bronze impeller , carbon steel pump shaft, mechanical packed sealing , deep groove ball bearings etc with TEFC Sq. cage induction IE3 motor efficiency with class 'F' insulation and suitable for operation 3-Ph, 415 V +/- 10%, 50+/-5 % Hz AC including supply & fixing variable speed drive to regulate water flow, base frame, foundation as per manufacturer recommendation and design, nuts & bolts, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz Drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting, isolators, mechanical seal etc. The chilled water pumps shall have thermal insulation as per specification. The capacity of motor shall be at least 15% in excess of BHP requirement of pump and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed. The insulation of 50 mm thickness for chilled water pump shall be carried out from rigid polyurethane foam having a 'K' value of 0.018 W /m k at mean temperature of 10°C and a density of 40 Kg/cum.

CONDENSER WATER PUMP (Variable speed) - Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of horizontal centrally coupled End Suction type pump for condenser water circulation system with pump inlet and outlet suitable for connection of pipe size 100 NB and capacity not less than 300 gpm discharged at head of 20 m having cast iron casing, enclosed type dynamically balanced bronze impeller, carbon steel pump shaft, mechanical packed sealing, deep groove ball bearings etc. with SPDP operation TEFC Sq. cage induction IE3 motor efficiency with class "F" insulation and suitable for operation 3-Ph, 415 V +/- 10%, 50+/5% Hz AC including Variable supply & fixing speed drive to regulate the flow, base frame, foundation, nuts & bolts, mounting channel frame, accessories and fittings, viz Drains, coupling, coupling guard, vibration isolation arrangement by means of spring / rubber type mounting, isolators, mechanical seal etc. The capacity of motor shall be at least 15% in excess of BHP requirement of pump and other necessary accessories complete all as specified and directed.

FRP INDUCED DRAUGHT COOLING TOWER- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of CTI Cerified Induced draft with and including Variable speed ross fow cooling towers, factory assembled, field erected, FRP rectangular shape / circular shape, vertical, single cell cooling tower of 200 TR with uniform water distribution and optimal heat transfer, having tough fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) casing of sufficient structural strength to withstand vibrations and wind velocity up to 60 m/s, FRP basin, rigid honeycomb type PVC fill of suitable thickness, SS sprinklers and non-clogging sprinkler pipes, suction screen, make up and quick fill arrangement, over flow and drain connection, extended sump, FRP drift eliminator, energy efficient induced draught axial type fans with factory• set and dynamically balanced blades pitch, IE3 TEFC squirrel cage induction motor (1500 pm), suitable for operation on 3- Ph, 415 V, 50 Hz AC supply with IP 65 protection for enclosure, conforming to IS 12615: 2018, complete with all required accessories. All steel members and supports inside the cooling tower, heavy duty cat ladder, fan & motor support shall be Grade 304 / HDG steel construction. The bolts/nuts and fasteners of the cooling tower shall be of Grade 304 stainless steel construction. External metal parts of the cooling tower, such as cooling tower support legs, shall be of hot-dipped galvanized steel, Epoxy-coated and finish with two coats of enamel paint.

EXPANSION TANK FOR CHILLED WATER PIPING- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of Expansion tank 500 ltrs capacity duly insulated with the insulation of 50 mm thickness shall be carried out from rigid polyurethane foam having a 'K' value of 0.018 W /m k at mean temperature of 10°C and a density of 40 Kg/cum complete with and including inlet, outlet, drain and over flow, make up comprising connections with float valve, control valve, gauges, gate valves, vent piping etc. Make: Anergy/K D Agency

Pressurized chilled water expansion tank suitable for total volume of water in chilled water circuits along with necessary accessories such as centrifugal air separator, pumps etc. in order to keep chilled water system under (+) pressure and to prevent entrapment of pressure and to prevent entrapment of air in the system. The system shall also include a fully automatic pressurisation unit with 2 pumps with IP44 protection giving 2.5 USGPM flow rate @ 10m with pressure switch & control panel completely assembled on skid with all necessary valves & manifolds. The tank shall be precharged steel expansion tank with replaceable heavy duty butyl rubber bladder. The tank shall have a system connection with isolation valve, drain connections with ball valves and charging valve connection to facilitate the on site charging of the tank to meet system requirement. The expansion tank and air separator shall have pressure gauges fitted with isolation valves and high capacity auto air vents with isolation valves. Note: (i) For expansion tank the bottom of tank shall be atleast 0.7 m above the highest point of system (ii) The quoted rate shall be deemed to include for RCC / PCC foundation and civil work, structural MS work etc., for staging and installation of expansion tank.

HDPE MAKE-UP WATER TANK FOR COOLING TOWER- S & F multilayered HDPE make-up water tank of 5000 litre capacity made up of 100% virgin material, having 100% UV stabilised white outer layer, threaded lid, extra insert lid for protection against algae formation complete with inter-connection piping and non-return valve etc. NOTE: The quoted rate shall be deemed to be included for the following:- (i) RCC / PCC/ MS structure/ civil work required for mounting make-up water tank on staging at required height. (ii) Interconnection piping with UPVC heavy duty 25 mm dia/ bore with PVC gate valve of size 25 mm and Float valve.

TEMPERATURE AND RH SENSOR- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of temperature and RH sensor for various AHU units. The sensor shall be display type, modulating, suitable for 24V AC. The sensor shall be suitable for the PICV valves.

Ultrasonic flowmeter- Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of Ultrasonic flowmeter for measurement of flow across chilled water & hot water line. Unit shall be compatible to CPM communication, power supply required for flowmeter to be arraned from CPM panel. PRESSURE GAUGE-Supply, installation, testing & commissioning of 4" bourdon tube pressure gauge conforming to EN 837-1, having copper alloy process connection & pressure element, plastic black pointer & case, plastic crystal-clear window, snap-fitted in case, accuracy class 2.5, scale range 0-25 bar complete with accessories, etc. as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. FIRE DAMPER- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of 16 gauge GI fire damper, at least of 90 minutes fire-rating, spring activated on melting of fusible link having melting point 67.13 °C complete with smoke detector / thermister, fusible link etc. and tested as per ULL- 555 and certified by CBRI. The fire dampers shall meet the following criteria:- (a) Bare fire dampers with 150 mm sleeve (b) Sealing any openings around the sleeve of the fire dampers with approved fire sealant as per the specification & recommendations of the manufacturer. THERMAL INSULATION- Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of FM approved highly- flexible, closed-cell thermal insulation of elastomeric nitrile rubber foamed insulation, laminated with 12 micron aluminium foil facing with reinforced glass scrim tested for service temperature range 0- 105 °C as per EN 14706, EN 14707 & EN 14304, thermal conductivity λ ≤ 0.037 W/mK at mean temperature θm = 20 °C as per EN 12667 & EN ISO 8497, water vapour diffusion resistance factor µ ≥ 12000 as per EN 12086 & EN 13469, water absorption by volume 0.2% as per ASTM C 1763 & ASTM C 209, Class 0 fire performance as per BS 476 Part 6: 1989, Class 1 surface spread of flame as per BS 476 7: 1997, flammability HB, V-0 as per UL- 94, having good resistance to mechanical impact, excellent resistance to ozone, oil and chemicals, zero ozone depletion potential along with factory recommended adhesives and joints finished with 3 inches wide aluminium foil faced self adhesive tape with other necessary accessories.

Where supply air / return air ducts are installed outside the building, exposed to weather, the thickness of insulation material for supply air and return air shall be 32 mm over the ducts. The insulation provided for the ducts exposed to sunlight UV / mechanical protection should be applied after minimum 36 hours of curing of adhesive. (a) The UV / mechanical protection shall have 2 component system of woven glass cloth / Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) and special UV resistant paint. (b) Apply paint liberally on insulation, immediately spread the 7 mil woven glass cloth / 225 GSM Chopped Strand Mat (CSM) (with minimum overlap of 25 mm at joints) on insulation without allowing paint to dry. (c) Immediately apply another coat of paint liberally on woven glass cloth/CSM. Even out with brush & allow it to dry for 2-3 hours. (d) All exposed duct insulation shall be covered with chicken mesh and aluminium sheet cladding over it all around the outer surface of insulation (for supply and return air duct at stage and outside building, quoted rate is deemed to be included for the same, no extra cost shall be admissible to the contractor in this respect).

All as per item above but 19 mm thick thermal insulation with aluminium laminated flim but excluding chicken mesh/ Al sheet cladding (For Supply air duct and return air duct inside building)

Acoustic Insulation: Supplying and fixing of acoustic lining of duct with 13 mm thick resin bounded fiber glass having a density of 33 kg/m3 and covered with 0.5mm thick perforated aluminium sheet all as specified and directed upto five metres of duct from the canvas connection of AHU.

Supply, Installation, testing & Commissioning of 3 phase and neutral, 415 volts indoor type, factory made free standing, floor mounting, dust and vermin proof cubicle type, CPRI approved LT panel fabricated from 2 mm thick CRCA sheet duly compartmentalized for each switch gear, front and rear openable (front hinged opening) and with both side vertical cable alloys for incoming and outgoing cables, locking arrangement with chromium plated 19mm dia locks (min 2 nos in each compartment) lifting ups of suitable size on top, louvers and air vent gasket for natural air, U shape rubber gasket, voltmeter, ammeter, frequency meter. Panel shall be anti corrossive coating and finally epoxy polyster powder coating of siemens grey shade (RAL-7032) Protection class IP 43 suitable for 600 amps with suitable colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall mounted on suitable aluminium earth strips confirming to IS with danger notice plate, necessary cable glands, cable connection with proper copper / aluminium lugs. The cubical incomer MCCB as well as outgoing shall have copper TPN extension link of current carrying capacity not less than 1.5 times the rated capacity of individual feeders. The extension link of min 500mm long supported on suitable size F class insulator to be provided for termination on incomer and outgoing cables. All interconnection between main bus bar of rating not less than 1.5 times rated capacity of individual outgoing feeders. The panel shall be mounted on bottom channel of suitable size with proper mounting arrangement as directed leaving min 500mm all around the panel board for movements all as specified with supply and fixing the following:-

S&F Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required using 32 x 6 mm GI strip complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Earth contuinity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit/ pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc. as required GI wire of 4.0 mm diameter complete all as specified and as directed.

Notes applicable to all items of Air Conditioning from 39.00 to 81.00:- (a) All bidders shall check the requirements, Air conditioning items, heat load calculations etc as per details given. In case any defficiency/ discrepancy is noticed between requirements as per their calculation and as provided for in Sch 'A', the same shall be ascertained by the bidder and unit rate quoted shall be included for such modifications to be done and nothing extra shall be payable on this account including misunderstanding, if any. (b) All bidders shall note that if any item is needed to be incorporated which is not covered in BOQ but required as per site requirement as assessed and ascertained as well as decided by the Accepting Officer to meet the desired parameters (i.e. inside temparature 22 degree +-2 degree C and humidity- 55% +- 5%) of air conditioning plant, the same shall be provided by the contractor without any extra cost to th edepartment. (c) Any enhancement of capacity of AC equipment specified in BOQ required to satisfy the required parameters shall be deemed to be included in the unit rates quoted by the bidder for the relevant items and nothing extra shall be paid by the department on this account to the contactor.

(d) Phase I Test: For 24 hours will be carried out after completion of AC works and production of all test certificates to observe the efficiency, behavior of various systems and capacity of plant achieved by making arrangement for providing artificial load to compensate for the internal load as necessary. Provisional completion of AC works shall be given after successful completion of Phase-l tests. Provisional completion of AC work shall match with Phase-l completion of entire work of building portion. (e) Phase-ll Tests: Shall be carried out in summer, monsoon and winter in presence of the authorized representative of Accepting Officer and in the presence of the contractor and each test shall be carried out continuously for 72 hrs. The Phase-ll test shall be carried out as soon as the stipulated load and weather conditions are available but not later than 1 year after Phase-l test. in case the required load is not available, arrangements shall be made by the contractor to provide artificial load. The installation shall be finally taken over after satisfactory completion of Phase-ll tests as certified by the authorized representative of Accepting Officer. (f) The Defects Liability Period as per condition 46 of IAFW-2249 shall start from the date of provisional completion of AC work after Phase-l tests.

Dismantling of existing UNSV central AC plant along with connected items/ equipments and deposit to AGE E/M Store yard as directed. Note: Central AC plant including compressor, condenser, pumps, motors, panels, cooling tower, valves, pipes, cables, chillers, AHU, external and internal ducting, dampers, diffusers, grills, GI sheet etc.

Dismantling of Wall and ceiling boards (fibre, pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/ slabs / blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs CYCLORAMA frame with 1.8 Power Grandview High gain matt white projector screen of HD fabric material with 8 inch blace masking studs on the side duly streched on dual frame structure made from tubular Mild Steel frame welded self-supporting construction for supporting projection screen. (a) Functional Specification: Push back seat shall have a simultaneous movement of seat and back, with an auto Stop at all places. It shall have lateral movement of the back and an inclined movement of the seat. (b) Technical Specification: Push back chair shall have a metal sheet mechanism duly embossed of size 450 x 440 x 1.6 mm. Block shall be 2 triangular blocks duly embossed of size 300 x 300 mm with 4 of 9 mm holes. Longitudinal tubes shall be of size 40 x 20 x 490 mm with 2 tubes each and shall also have 4 longitudinal tubes of size 20 x 6 mm duly bent in shape to shape riveted/ welded and approximately 350 mm long. Seat back bracket shall be interconnected/ riveted / welded and back bracket to be 200 x 60 x 1.6 mm/ Seat bracket shall have stopper cup with 5 rivets and approximately 170 x 340 x 1.5 mm - 2 pairs for seat / back. All rivets shall be with nylon washers and pneumatic machine only. Rollers shall be able to withstand temperatures up to 200 ⁰C and shall be of sizes 22 mm width & 38 mm Dia, duly riveted and/or welded. All stopper material shall be reinforced by nylon tubes of size 30 mm.

(c) Metal stand: It shall be 300 x 300 x 3 mm duly bent in 1 piece supported by 3 structures of size 20 x 40 x 270 mm each. (d) Seat: Seat shall be of 19 mm plywood BWR grade of size 480 x 490 x 19 mm with PU moulded foam of density 50 ± 5 kg/m³, duly upholstered in fabric of standard quality and make as approved by GE. (e) Back: Back shall be of 15/16 mm bent plywood BWR grade of 450 mm width and 570 mm height with PU moulded foam of density 48 ± 5 kg/m³, duly upholstered in fabric of standard quality and make as approved by GE. (f) Arm rest: PP cup holders shall be of size 530x 100 x 150 mm. The insert shall be duly cushioned and upholstered in the same fabric quality of seat and back. (g) Standard Upholstery Fabric: Upholstery fabric shall be 100% polyester stretch fabric and shall be used with 3 /5/ 7.5 mm foam lamination wherever quilting is required. (h) Installation: Chairs shall be bolted to the ground / floor using chemical fasteners of Hilti / Ruth or any other similar brand.

S&F Push back auditorium chairs available in centre to centre size of 560 mm and height of 900 mm with cup holder, complete all as shown in Sketch-II attached and all as specified in BOQ items 125.10 to 125.20 above and as directed. Make of Push Back Chair: Penworkers model No PW009-LB or any other equivalent model in Godrej/ Featherlite/Methodex as approved by GE.

SCHEDULE 'A' PHASE-II WORK (MANNING & OPERATION OF AC PLANT DURING DEFECTS LIABILITY PERIOD)

Manning and Operation (M & O) of Air Conditioning Plant including all connected equipment & accessories during Defects Liability Period (DLP) after completion of Phase-1 test of the plant, in one shift per day of 08 hours, by deploying 01 skilled operator on all days including Saturday, Sunday and holidays complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Notes for item No. 128.00:- (a) The contractor shall quote the rate for Manning and Operation only. Replacement of defective parts & providing spares shall be covered under Defect Liability Period. (b) The operator deployed by the contractor for M&O shall have minimum qualification of ITI (Refrigeration & AC)/ ITI (Mechanical) having minimum 02 years experience in relevant field. Necessary technical qualification certificate shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for verification and approval shall be taken before deployment in the work. (c) SOP and proper logbook with vital AC plant running parameters shall be maintained by personnel deployed by contractor. Everyday entries shall be submitted to Engr-in-Charge for signature duly completed along with attendance sheet and payment register. (d) Proper & efficient functioning of AC plant shall be ensured by the contractor through regular bi-monthly inspection by a qualified engineer preferably by OEM or by his authorised agency. Cost on this effect shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate. The payment for M&O shall be made only when the plant is running satisfactorily & no payment will be made for the period when the plant is unserviceable due to any cause. (e) The Work Order for M & O (Phase-II) shall be placed by GE at appropriate time & no price adjustment during the whole period shall be admissible due to change in minimum fair wages. The quoted rate shall be deemed to include this provision. (f) No T & P, equipment shall be issued by the department for the above work. It shall be arranged and provided by the contractor at his own cost to ensure proper functioning of AC plant.

(Notes contd…) (g) As per the Govt policy, adequate amount of insurance of all the workers shall be made by the contractor against any accident before commencement of the work without any extra cost to the department. (h) The contractor shall check and implement all the labour laws/ precautions for health and safety of labour/ OEM operator working in hygienic conditions. (j) The contractor shall pay the wages to the operators through e-payment i.e. Aadhar linked bank accounts (Credit to their bank account). Engr-in-Charge shall ensure that e-payment made to operators and their wages shall not be less than prevailing minimum wages fixed by State Govt or Central Govt, whichever is higher. Monthly e-banking statement shall be furnished by the contractor to the Engineer-in-Charge and the same shall be kept on record duly verified. (k) It is the responsibility of contractor to deposit the Employees Provident Fund (EPF) to the concerned authority as per the prevailing scales as laid down by the Ministry of labour for all operators and necessary proof to this regard shall be submitted to Engr-in-charge for verification and records. The quoted rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of above provisions. In case the contractor fails to produce the proof of EPF, he shall be liable for action as deemed fit. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final and binding.

(Notes contd…) (l) The contractor shall not deploy same tradesmen continuously for more than 11 months. (m) If the personnel deployed by contractor is found absent from the duty, recovery shall be effected at double the rates worked out from the quoted rates at the proportional basis. For that purpose, proper duty roster and attendance register shall be maintained by the contractor and got verified & signed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (n) The rates quoted by the contractor shall be inclusive of providing proper uniform, safety gears such as rubber hand gloves & rubber shoes etc., and other safety equipments to the technicians/ operators deployed by him as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Necessary recovery shall be effected on non compliance of this provision. Decision of GE in this regard shall be final & binding. (o) The contractor shall provide necessary stationery at the installation required for the work at his own cost as directed by Engr-in-Charge. (p) The contractor shall bear the cost of identity cards, daily in/ out passes of the deployed staff for the work.
