Construction of Internal Approach Road and Earth Filling in the low laying area for Odisha Adarsha Vidyalaya,Ramdaspur under Baranga Tahasil in the District of Cuttack for the year 2024-25.

Supplying & fixing at site factory made/ precast cement concrete kerb stone of M-40 grade including cost of all labours, materials, conveyance, loading and unloading, and royalties, sundries and T&P etc all complete as per direction of the Engineer -in-charge & MoRTH Clause 408. The rate includes excavation of trenches, laying of foundation concrete & sand & mortar bed etc. as per approved drawings. The work will be executed as per the final approved Cross Section by the EIC.

Construction of embankment with approved material obtained from borrow pits with all lifts and leads, transporting to site, spreading, grading to required slope and compacting to meet requirement of table 300-2 as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause -305 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision).

Providing G.S.B. Gr-iv materials, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method at OMC and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, as per approved Drawing & Technical Specifications and as per Clause - 401 of MoRT&H Specifications for Road & Bridge works (5th Revision) including cost, conveyance, royality & other taxes of materials, cost of labour, machinery, T&P etc complete.

Providing and laying factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M -40 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. 80 mm thick

Painting to external surface of building with two coats of weather seal coat of approved shade and quality of approved design after cleaning by watering & removing the dirts etc. to the surface to be painted including watering, curing, cost, conveyance of all materials, cost of all labour, brushes, T&P etc. and necessary scaffolding work complete as directed by the Engineer-in-charge

Providing and laying Plain Cement Concrete of proportion (1:2:4) using 40 mm size grade black hard crusher broken granite stone metal, washed and screened sharp sand of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering, laying the concrete, ramming, watering and curing etc. complete to required thickness including cost of all materials, conveyance, loading, unloading, royalties, cost of labours, T&P, hire & running charges of concrete mixer, etc. all complete as per the direction of the Engineer -in -charge.
