Material & labour for Earthing using galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 60cm X 60cm X 6mm thick burried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, earth plate surrounded from all sides by 15 cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using using galvanised iron strip 25×4mm as earthing lead by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers and protected by light grade 15 mm dia galvanised iron pipe and GI pipe light grade 20mm bore for watering, including funnel, wire mesh, CI pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (including necessary excavation and earth work disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr all as specified and shown on plate No 5 of SSR Part-I for different capacities pumpsets.
Dismantling and taking out from its position existing unserviceable sluice valve of any size (80mm to 100mm) by unscrewing of nut & bolts etc complete and removing from site all as directed.

Supply, fix, and testing non rising spindle type sluice valves both end flanged with stainless steel spindle with gun metal control nut confirming to ISI mark IS 14846/2000, PN-1.6 including provision of joining material such as insertion sheet 3mm thick, nut & bolts with washer all as required at site .

M & L for angle iron framed works of Fe-410 W (Gde-E-250) qualtiy - B all as specified and as directed including applying synthetic enamel paint two coats over a coat of red oxide primer.
Taking out carefully exiting valve pit cover along with frame/hold fast of any size (made of MS sheet/angle section) without damaging the existing brick work and keeping aside for reuse.
Fixing only valve pit cover with frame including necessary welding on brick work properly without damaging any portion of valve pit and making good disturbed surfaces complete as directed ( valve pit cover and frame obtained against item No 30 shall be used.)
Taking out damaged MS sheet from Valve pit covers and supply and fixing of new MS sheet 3.15 mm thick cut to pieces as required and fixed by means of Electric arc/gas welding all as directed and specified.
M & L for Preparation of new metal surfaces of any description, over 10cm in width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide.
