Complete taking down existing water proofing treatment of any description and any thickness such as Brick tile, concrete, roof kerb, rounded or chamfered on edges, plaster etc., and removal rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for APP modified water proofing membrane, 3mm thick and weighing not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree Celsius longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqm side lap & end lap 15 cm over coat of bitumen primer @ 0.20 Kg/Sqm finishing with aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 kg/Sqm & finished complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cleaning the surface to remove all dust, dirt etc including Priming the surface with one coat of Smartcare Bituminous primer of make -Asian Paints/ equivalent to enhance the bonding properties. Providing and laying of protective Geotextile fabric 45GSM over the bituminous primer application with proper overlaps. Supplying and applying single component, elastomeric, pitch modified PU coating Smartcare Flexi seal PU or approved equivalent with minimum elongation of 600% and tensile strength of 2 N/mm2 as per ASTM D412 and Shore A Hardness of 90 as per ASTM D 2240. The PU Coating shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm. The system consists of applying the water proofing treatment @ 1.2 Kg/ Sqm and shall have crack bridging ability of 2mm etc complete as per manufacturer's instructions. Over the two coats of Flexi seal PU Waterproofing application, applying and sprinkling silica sand material to the roof area, etc complete as per manufacturer's technical specification and as directed by Engr-in Charge.

M&L for durastone tile of 300 x 300 x 10mm thick, laid over and including screed bed in CM 1:4, 15mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed with white or coloured cement to match with tile complete all as specified and directed.

Cutting out cracks to V-section in existing roofs/terracing /walls /ceiling, cleaning out, wetting, grouting with cement and sand slurry 1:3 using water proofing Compound including staging up to 10 mtrs height where ever necessary complete all as specified and directed

M&L for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (12.50mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerb, rounded or chamfered on edges, or as in roof padding complete all as specified and directed

M&L for rendering 15 mm thick on roof on concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

Taking down cement or cement lime mortar on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc., and removing unserviceable debris off the premises all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 using water proofing compound (WPC measured separately) finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls including preparation and applying two coats of weather coating external emulsion (APEX) over a coat of primer on walls all as specified and as directed.

Supply only integral water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed

Demolition and breaking up of up to 200 mm PVC or reinforced cement concrete drain pipes, jointed in cement mortar and taking out of trenches, if required complete all as specified and directed
