M and L for cleaning surface of any loose dust, dirt or slurry by means of wire brush, dust removing brush etc. after preparation of surface treated with PU epoxy primer to seal the pores and enhance the adhesive of the coating, after primer applying single component waterproofing liquid membrane based on pure, polyurethane resin cold applied with spray, applied PU membrane shall be UV resistant with SRI (Sun Reflective Index) of 98 with an elongation of 650% +50 and tensile strength not less than 2Mpa. No leakage upto five bars of water pressure. Shore hardness >70 shall be 2.00mm (overall) DFT (Dry film thickness), In two or more layers (each layer minimum 750 micron) or as per manufacturer’s instructions so as to achieve thickness not less than 2.00mm DFT complete all as specified and as directed. Section - III (Gen Building Repair) B/R Portion
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape, required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire or securing with clips shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
Material and labour for mild steel TMT bars 5mm dia and over upto and including 10mm dia as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including bending, cranking etc and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed. (NOTE : Weight of binding wire or securing with clips shall not be considered for measurement and payment purpose.)
Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 m wide and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth for foundations, shafts, wells, cess pits, manholes, pier holes, laying pipes/elect cables etc not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and getting out in soft/loose soil including trimming the sides and forming bottom surfaces to required levels complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement test point terminal block made of gun metal or phosphorus bronze size 75x75x25mm drilled and screwed including 4 Nos, 8mm dia 25mm long hex head screw, fixed on wall surface including making connections of down earth conductors and earthing strips including taking down old any type complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised Galvanized steel pipe electrode, 40mm nominal bore, medium grade, 10 metres length buried directly and preferably vertically in ground with top edge not less than 1.25 metres below normal ground level, connected with earthing lead of 4mm dia galvanized earth wire by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15mm bore GI light grade pipe from pipe electrode to test point upto 7.5mtr including all as shown in electrical plate No. 2 of SSR 2009 (Part-I). Earth GI pipe shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto 7.5 mtr from top of earth electrode shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
Material and labour for Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing wire of size 4 mm dia by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers and protected by 15 mm bore GI light grade pipe upto test point or upto electric equipment, fixing with 02 Nos nuts and bolts. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) including taking out/dismantling old unserviceable earthing system complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and GI earthing wire upto test point or upto electric equipment from top of earth plate shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
