Supply of 3 core x 185 Sqmm. 11 kV(E) grade stranded compact circular aluminium conductor, conductor screen with extruded semi conducting compound, XLPE insulated, insulation screening with extruded semi conducting compound in combination with copper tape, cores laid up, inner sheath of PVC, Galvanized steel flat strip armoured and overall PVC sheathed cable conforming to IS 7098 Part-II, 2011 with the latest amendments and as specified.

SITC of 11 KV G.O Switch 400 Amp. AB on 2 nos. PCC Poles 9 Mtr. along with disc insulator, MS channels, MS flat clamp & earthing, ACSR 30 sq. mm. conductor, GI pins, pin insulator, 1C XLPE 185 sq. mm., GSL 4 mm., stay set, egg insulator, GSS wire 7/3.15 mm. complete as required. Work will also include laying, raising& termination of Incoming and Outgoing 3 x 185 sq. mm. HT cable 11 KV on the G.O Switch/ OD/ ID/ Cable box along with earthing wire, accessories complete as required.

Supplying of HDPE pipe ISI marked, of following outer/inner dia having 6 KG/cm2 pressure rating (PN 6 PE 80) conforming to IS 4984 suitable for trenchless technology along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc.complete as required. 125/120 mm dia

Supplying of DWC HDPE pipe (lSI marked) of following sizes along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 4984 complete as required. 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Supplying and making straight through cable jointing with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including ferrules suitable for 185 sqmm, 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required.

Supplying and making indoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including compression glands (if required) and lugs suitable for 185 sqmm, 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 kV grade as required.

Supplying and making outdoor cable end termination with heat shrinkable jointing kit complete with all accessories including lugs suitable for following size of 185 mm 3 core, XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 11 KV grade as required

Laying of HDPE/DWC pipe (lSI marked) of following sizes along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc.direct in ground (1.2 mtr below ground level) including excavation and refilling the trench but excluding sand cushioning and protective covering etc., complete as required. 120/125 mm dia

Laying of HDPE/DWC pipe (lSI marked) of following sizes alongwith all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc on wall surface along with saddle/clamp,nut and bolts,fastner complete as required. 120/125 mm dia

Laying of following size DWC HDPE pipe ISI marked along with all accessories like socket, bend, couplers etc. conforming to IS 14930, Part II complete with fitting and cutting, jointing etc. in the existing trench, complete as required. 120 mm dia (OD-120 mm & ID-103 mm nominal)

Laying of HDPE pipe of following outer/inner dia having 6 KG/cm2 pressure rating (PN 6 PE 80) through trenchless technology, direct in ground upto the depth of 3 meters including splicing of pipe of size complete as required. 125/120 mm dia

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 kV grade of following size in existing /RCC/ HUME/ Stoneware/Metal pipe/HDPE etc as required. Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 11 KV grade of following size in the existing masonry open duct as required Above 120 sq. mm and upto 400 sq. mm

Supplying and fixing pre cast RCC Route cable route marker with MS reinforcement with black and yellow colour with a overall height of 1000 mm and thickness of 10 cm including inscription duly engraved as required along with fixing in soil with cement concrete as required.

Excavation of the cable trenches/hard rock surface not exceeding 1.5 metres in width, and lift upto 1.5 metres, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of excavated soil as directed within a lead of 50 metres.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) in foundation of pump, DG set etc including form work etc as required.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.

Laying old cement cocrete interlocking paver blocks of any design/ shape laid in required line, level, curvature, colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Earthing with copper earth plate 600 mm X 600 mm X 3 mm thick including accessories, and providing masonry enclosure with cover plate having locking arrangement and watering pipe of 2.7 meter long etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt as required.

Providing and fixing 25 mm X 5 mm copper strip in 40 mm dia G.I. pipe as strip earth electrode including connection with brass nut, bolt, spring, washer excavation and re-filling etc. as required.

Supply and fixing of Aluminium Cable identification tags on cable clearly depicting the details like voltage, area of supply etc.

Supply and fixing of Rectangular White and Red MS Danger Board clearly depicting 11000 Volt and other instructions in bilingual as required.

Supply and laying of underground warning cable tape above and along the cable etc. underground complete as required.

Note: 1. Rate quoted shall be inclusive of any taxes, duties, Cess, fee, royalty charges etc. levied under any statute but exclusive of GST. Goods & Services Tax (GST) shall be paid to the contractor for any taxable supply/ services/works against a valid tax invoice as per terms and conditions of the contract.
