Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.5 mtr depth and getting in hard / dense soil for laying of cables / for erection of poles / for stay assembly etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser Item No 01 above but exceeding 1.5 mtr depth complete all as specified and as directed.

Boring / drilling (horizontally ) of holes under road, pavement, hard standing by using trenchless technology suitable for passing GI / HDPE pipe 80 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and spread clean dry river sand in trenches for cushioning of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned down thickness only shall be measured for the purpose of payment)

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class HV, Type I, flat, size 300 mm x 180 mm x 40 mm for protection of under ground cables complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in trenches including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing surplus excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 80 mm dia bore tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fitting and fixed complete to walls/ poles or laid in trenches/ floors for cable protection incl taking down complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only in replacement of Insulation mat of 1.0 mtr width x 2.0 mtr length x 3 mm thickness (Voltage grade 11KV) ISI marked IS 15652, CPRI approved of blue colour complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of HT XLPE insulated screened,PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 11000 volts grade,earthed , cross sectional area 95 Sqmm, 3 core HT under ground cable complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix Lightening Arresters expulsion type complete with all fittings, 10 KA discharge capacity, rated arrested voltage – 9 KV & Maximum continuous operating Voltage not less than 7.65 KV , distribution class incuding dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement HT Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous 145mm high and 255 mm dia ball and socket type, brown single disc assembly for tension with testing clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts grade complete after taking out old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and removing the unserviceable 11 KV expulsion fuse single pole carefully from 2/4 pole structure and S/F Expulsion fuse (DO) single pole along with post post insulator suitable for 11KV,50 Amps capacity including connecting the same to the supply with necessary fixing materials such as aluminium jumpers,binding wire etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fix in replacement pin type HT insulator porcelain vitreous white / brown including one galvanized mild steel spindle, two GI washers and one nut of size 150 mm height and 150 mm dia suitable for 11000 volts grade complete after taking out old unserviceable insulator complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out old rusted steel tubular pole 11 mtr long carefully from foundation complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F steel tubular electric pole, swaged type, welded (11 metre long 410 SP - 55) complete with CI base plate, bolts, nuts & screws all as specified including-painting of pole externally with one coats of black bituminous paint (upto planting depth) and above plinth block/ concrete collar with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of surfaces including painting of 30 cm wide blue bands 3 Nos with synthetic enamel paint in alternate layers upto the height of 1.5 Mtr above plinth block. complete all as specified and as directed.

Checking/ identifying the faulty precisely pin point of HT (11KV) cable using cable fault locator machine of most advanced system with multilevel safety,quickely and rectify the defects with necessary excavation, removing of defective portion, adding essential size of cable in required length (Min 5 RM), meggering & re-storation of electric supply of HT external electric feeder for any length of cable (approx 1 Km) complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- (i) Cable fault locator machine with all T&P required for identifying the faulty point will be arrange by contractor which cost is included in unit rate. (ii) Straight through joint will be measured & paid seperately in the relevent item.

Disconnecting of OH line of ACSR conductor/GI earthing wire, opening of binding wires, jumper connections any size and restringing, tightening of conductor with suitable line vice, replacing all worn out jumper connection with suitable conductor, re-tightening and straightening all cross arms, insulators, clamps etc including replacement of all wornout nut bolts and washers complete all as specified and directed . Note :- Each span of approx 30-40 Mtr consisting of three conductor.

M&L for stringing and fixing in position of new ACSR conductor in OH line on pole to existing insulators, tightening with new aluminium binding wire of suitable gauge, connecting with jumpers for Weasel/Squirrel including taking down old unserviceable ACSR conductor complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of HT 11 KV out door gang operated air break switch complete suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on 09 insulators complete and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps including taking down old un-serviceable one complete all as specified and as directed.

Servicing, overalling greasing replacing with including mini parts i.e. lugs, male/female contacts, dropout fuses assembly, nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size and refixing as per the orignal, position HT 11 KV out door gang operated air break switch including drop out fuses suitable for horizontal or vertical mounting fixed type, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulators and steel frame, with operating mechanism worked from ground level for current rating upto 200 Amps including one complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour in replacement of stay assembly complete of 300 x 300x 6mm thick galvanised stay plate, stay rod of size 20mm including 7 strands of 3.15 mm stay wire with loop insulator complete all as shown in electronic plate No 1 of SSR Part I including dismantling old stay wire assembly complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and Fixing Cross Arms, Bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as inclusive of one primer coat. One under coat and one finishing coat of paint incuding dismantling and taking out existing unserviceable compete all as specified and directed.all as specified and directed .

Surface dressing including removing of dirt/bushes not exceeding 15cm deep in hard dense soil complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Item can be repeated on the same location after 03 months.

Taking down unserviceable breather assembly and supply & fix silica gel breather, suitable for transformer including sufficient quantity of silica gel complete all as specified and directed for the following :-

(a) Transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA

(b) Transformer of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 250 KVA

(c)Transformer of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400KVA

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete type C-2 mix PCC 1:3:6 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundations, filling and mass concrete for all electrical structures complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain Cement Concrete type B-1 mix PCC 1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in coping of poles including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking out trolley of vacuum circuit breaker 630/800 Amps 11 KV from the cabinet and opening top cover, de-carbonizing moving and fixed contacts if required, lubricating, inspecting the wiring of Micro processor EF/OC relay, tripping coil electrical and checking for manual/auto tripping system and placing back the breaker trolley in its original position including replacment of the items mentioned agaisnt the 34 (a) to (k) with necessary alteration in copper bus bar for fixing of new CT coil all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note : - The various unserviceable items required to be replaced shall be paid seperately

(a) Supply only for replacement of Shunt trip coil of 24 V DC for 11 KV HT VCBs.

(b) Supply only for replacement of shunt closing coil for 11 KV HT VCBs.

(c ) Supply only for replacement of spring charge motor , 230 v for 11 KV HT VCBs

(d) Supply only for replacement of 11 KV Resin cast single phase PT, 11 KV/RT3/110V/RT33: core 1: Class 1.0, burden : 50VA; with PT fuse

(e) Supply only for replacement of 11 KV resin cast single phase CT, CTR :50/5-5A, core1: class 0.5, burden : 15VA for metering, core 2 : class 5P10, burden : 15VA for protection, STC :18.4KA/1 Sec.

(f) Supply only for replacemen of Numerical type protection relay having inbuilt features as follows : 50,51,50N,51N etc with Make : C&S or equivalent

(g) Supply only for replacement of Master trip relay.

(h) Supply only for replacement of relay ADR 141C for transformer protection Make C&S or equivalent.

(j) S&F in replacement Indication Lamp, 22.5 mm dia, 24V DC, of RED/Green /Yellow /Clear /Blue /White as required on site. Make: L&T or equivalent

(k) Supply only in replacement of Heater 200W , 230 V AC . Make - APT Control or equivalent.

(l) Supply only Multi function meters class 1.0 alongwith hooter Make: Schneider .Model No: PowerLogic TM EM 72xx Series

Callibration and service charge of microproccessor E/F and O/C relay of VCB complete and calibrating with portable relay test kit to set time and fault level and adjustment of setting with according to load & time with SPDC of Telangana for proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in replacement of Cable Route Indicator for HT Cable with GI Plate and GI Pipe 80mm bore (dia) having 1.20 Metre long 'light grade' showing MES HT Cable/HT Joint and Voltage including necessary Earth Work and Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) Block of size 20x20x20 Cm including taking out unserviceable Cable Route Indicator, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for painting of HT four pole structure of steel ISMB/Tubular pole/PCC pole after scraping thoroughly the existing rust/ dirt/ dust/ oil /grease and corroded paint from the steel surfaces of the structure including cross arms MS channel and applying two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide metal primer of approved quality including making of red and black strips above the coping upto a height of 1.5 Mtrs from the floor level with two coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser item No 38 above but for two pole structure.complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement temperature gauge 0 Degree Centigrade to 120 Degrees centigrade 100 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement of oil level indicator glass in the conservator tank complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour Anti climbing devices spike type fabricated out of MS bars( round, square and flat) including nuts, bolts, washers and welding in two halves made to shape to suit the cross section of the pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Isolating the transformer by carefully dismantling the HT / LT and earth connections, draining out the oil from transformer to the required level and storing in cleaned containers, opening the top cover and conservator tank from transformer, rectifying the defects and dismantling and repalcing burnt out LT/HT bushes and refixing back the same duly repalcing with GI nuts, bolts & washers of suitable size and making all HT /LT connections as per the original, re-filling the transformer oil to the required level and testing on completion foe capacity up to 400 KVA, 11KV complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE: - (i) LT /HT bush, trasformer oil for toping up will be measured and paid separetly as supply only under relevent items.

Disconnecting the HT / LT connection, taking out the transformers form its plinth at any situation with the help of suitable crane and traporting the transformer to civil work shop for carrying out necessary repairs and bringing back and re-install in its original place of capacity upto 315 KVA, 11KV complete all as specified and as directed.

Tacking out complete core from transformers tank of capacity upto 400 KVA, cutting and removing burnt out winding and re-winding the same with super enamelled copper conductor of existing gauge with insulating materials, applying varnish, drying in heating chamber , re-assembling the transformer as per the original and testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Shifting of transfermer from installed position to Civil work shop and back will be measured and paid separetly under relevent items.

Dehyderation of transformer oil into the body/ conservator tank of transformer upto required level, Filteration of transformer oil at site of 11 KV / 433 V, indoor / outdoor transformer on any capacity installed at various locations with moblie type filtration plant to acheive minimum di-electric strength of 35-40 KV for 1 sec at 2.5 mm gap as per relevent I.S including testing and recording the values of di-electri strength of oil before and after filtration at site with transformer oil testing machine complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Trasformer oil will be measured and paid separetly as "supply only" items of schedule.for topping up .

Supply only transformer oil for topping up in transformers oil complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fix in replacement HT bushing with copper rod of capacity 100 KVA, and upto 315 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only LT bush with copper rod of capacity 100 KVA, and upto 400 KVA complete all as specified and as directed.

Opening the LT side cable box, disconnecting LT cables, removing unsv oil seal and supply and fix suitable oil seal and gasket for LT bushing of 11 KV /422 V transformers incl replacement rusted nuts & bolts for the transformers of capacity 100 KVA upto 400 KVA. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted surfaces of 11 KV / 433 V outdoor type distribution transformer, painting with spray gun through out externally with two coats of synthetic enamelpaint of approved colour and writing machine nubmer in white colour on black backgroung complete all as specied and directed by Engr-in-Charge.complete all as specified and as directed for the following capacities of transformer :-

(a)Transformer of capacity upto 100 KVA

(b)Transformer of capacity above 100 KVA and upto 250 KVA

(c)Transformer of capacity above 250 KVA and upto 400KVA

Disconnecting the HT / LT connection of a defective transformer of any capacity and shifting the trolly mounted mobile type transformer of capacity 315 KVA to the required location with tractor and making all necessary HT and LT connections, testing and return back to the original after completion of transformer repairs and reconnection.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material & Labour for coarse aggreagate 20 mm grade for all electrical structures (2 pole & 4 pole) after removing and clearing the vegitation, spreading & levelling the same in a required basis, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per Ser IteM No 54 above but 40 mm graded coarse aggreagate complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting / trimming of tree branches along /around over head HT line at places within a radius of 2 mtr from fasted conductor and removing from site complete all as specified and as directed. . Note :- Each span approx 30 to 40 mtr length

Supply, mix and pouring the magnesium sulphate either through the existing watering pipe of by making holes surrounding the earth pit @ the rate of 05 Kg per pit for charging the earth pit for improving the ER values including measuring and recoding the value complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600 mm x 600 mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground earth pit not less than 2.25mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 mtr below ground level connected to galvanized iron strip 32 mm × 6 mm as earthing lead by mean of nut/bolt and washer of galvanized iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR part - 1 including necessary excavation and earth work GI pipe 20 mm dia light grade for watering and GI 15mm dia light grade pipe for protection of GI earth wire etc, PCC chamber with PCC cover in cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B1(20mm graded aggregate), funnel, wire mesh, charcoal dust, salt etc, connected to LT panel board as indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed.
