Supply and erection of Horizontal spindle spilit casing type pumping sets of minimum Four ) star rating duties directly coupled to Ac squirrel cage induction type motor with 1440 RPM, 3 phase, 50 Hz and accessories as described in Schedule No. II complete in all respect with priming arrangement with complete base frame. A) Clear Water Pump 400 LPM, 40 Mtrs. Head (7.5 BHP)

Supply and Fixing following CI D/F pipe and specials/Bell Mouth including cost of joining materials, laying, jointing, refilling inckuding making adequate support of masonry/ concrete for delivery and suction pipe from bell mouth in the collecting tank upto the rising main laid by the Department as per plan shown from the foundation wall of pump chamber for all the raw water and clear water puping sets at water works in position, as per specification given in schedule No. II. Supply, erection, testing and commissioning of wall mounted electrical panel board, fabricated from 16 SWG CRCA sheet duly stouted with suitable angle iron frame work and completely powder coated of approximate size 500X1200mm and 400mm deep having following accessories:- 1. Incomer switch 200 Amp. 2. Aluminum bus bar chamber of 300 Amp. Capacity. 3. Volt meter 100X100mm range 0 to 500 V (AE/KAPPA/L & T ) 4. Indicating lamp-one set.

Supply, erection, testing of standard make wiring of 4 nos. motors with underground system in PVC and flexible pipes copper wire size 6 Sq mm complete in all respects with accessories like thimble etc. complete in respects.

Supply, erection, testing of standard make wiring of 1 nos. panel boards from main switch to panel and wiring of panel with size 10 Sq. mm copper wire ISI marked complete in all respect with accessories like thimble etc. complete in respects.

Supply, erection, testing of light fittings including wire in the Pump Chamber with material up to 10 points including switch, button, plug, PVC conduct pipe and Copper wire etc. as per approved specifications complete in respects.

Providing and fixing exhaust fans 18" i/d (450mm) complete with suitable GI sheet of approved make complete in respects.

Providing and fixing ceiling fan 1400 mm (56") with speed adjuster of reputed make (make Crompton, Usha, Bajaj, Orient) complete in respect..

Providing, laying, jointing and fixing of cast iron "V" notch with dully makred with beam including embedding in 1:2 cement and grouting, levelling up to finishing complete in respects.

Providing and fixing floating arms along with swivel bend as per required specifications approved by Engineer - In - Charge. (200mm) complete in respects.

Supply, erection, testing of reputed make LED light 100 watts with fitting and accessories complete in respects.

Supply erection of "Wall Mounting type, solenoid driven, motor-less, electro-magnetic disphragm Dozing Metering pump working on single -phase 220/240 V. / 50 Hz, electric supply with standerd electronic controls, suitable for minimum dozing capacity 0-5 LPH, at 8 bar back pressur"e complete with necessary accessories. Make Fontus or any other standard make along with supply & erection of supply & erection of 1 No. voltage stablizer with each dozing pump alongwith 1 No. 300 ltrs. capacity ISI marked HDPE storage tank, with each dozing pump of "Sintex" other reputed & approved make.

Distribution System A) DI plain ended tees, Bends, Reducers etc. for distribution system.

Operation and maintenance of water works (disinfection material supplied by the PHED) as per schedule -IV for a period of 5 years (60 Months) after 3 months of trial run (will be charged to the A/Mtc. Estimates) (i) Operation and maintenance during the defect liability period (Operation Only)

(ii) 1st year Operation and maintenance after defect liability period

(iii) 2nd year Operation and maintenance

(iv) 3rd year Operation and maintenance.

(v) 4th year Operation and maintenance.
