Dozing of lime into mine sump and discharge point of mine water inlcuding transportation of lime from filter plant to site mixing and pouring lime solution into the sump and cleaning wherever required etc. All complete as per instruction of Eng-in-Charge.( 1no. manpower required.)

Supplying and stacking of good quality of lime at site including cost of lime transportation and loading /unloading ,etc. Complete as per instruction of Engineer-in-chrage.

Lowering, laying and jointing in proper grade and alignment R.C.C. pipes with collar joints in C.M.1:1 proportion or socketed R.C.C. pipes with rubber joints (excluding cost of rubber ring or R.C.C. collar,) including cost of conveyance from stores to site of work, cost of jointing material, labour, etc. complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge (For all class??of??pipes.)??as??per??IS-??783-1985. Coller joints, 1200mm.

Deployment of excavator machine (JCB or equivalent ) including cost of operator diesel, mobil,etc.for levelling /road sides excavation and stacking within a lead of 50 mtr. Etc. All complete job as per instruction of E.I.

Dismantling roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gutters etc., and stacking the material within 50 metres lead of:G.S. Sheet

Labour rate for Providing and fixing precoated galvanised iron profile sheets (size, shape and pitch of corrugation as approved by Engineer-in-Charge) of total coated thickness 0.50mm (base metal of minimum 0.45mm thickness with total coating thickness of 0.05mm) with zinc coating 120 grams per sqm as per IS: 277, in 240 mpa steel grade, 5-7 microns epoxy primer on both side of the sheet and polyester top coat 15-18 microns. Sheet should have protective guard film of 25 microns minimum to avoid scratches during transportation and should be supplied in single length upto 12 metre or as desired by Engineer-in- charge. The sheet shall be fixed using self drilling /self tapping screws of size (5.5x 55 mm) with EPDM seal, complete upto any pitch in horizontal/ vertical or curved surfaces, excluding the cost of purlins, rafters and trusses and including cutting to size and shape wherever required.

Dismantling steel work in single sections including dismembering and stacking within 50 metres lead in:Channels, angles, tees and flats

Labour rate for Structural steel work in single section, fixed with or without connecting plate, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete.

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and for all lift, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level :1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Supplying and placing at position empty cement bags filled OB /SOIL in the bag with thread and placing in position as directed complete as per instruction of Eng-in-charge.
