The structural design shall be done by a structural consultant. The contractor shall submit design and drawing to E-I-C after getting it vetted by NIT/IIT/ Govt. Engineering Colleges. If any clarification /alteration in design is required by the E-I-C, the same to be done without any additional charge . After the approval of structural design & drawing, a total of three (3) set of good for construction design and drawing showing all relevant details and duly signed by the consultant shall be submitted. Any geotechnical exploration, soil test, site survey required for the design shall be done within this scope and no additional payment shall be made for the same. Note: The contractor shall appoint the consultant for structural design with prior approval of E-I-C.
