83905/E8 SPECIAL REPAIRS TO RCC ROOF OF CERTAIN OTMs AND SMQs (PH-I) AT AF STN DINJAN UNDER GE (AF) MOHANBARI

Demolition of existing roof treatment complete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided including removing rubbish material from work site at any distance complete all as directed.

Material and labour for plain cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in benching/ padding of roof slab to maintain slope complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for water proofing treatment to RCC roof slab complete all as specified below and as directed including testing :-(a) Rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:3) using water proofing compound @ 3% by weight of cement on RCC roof slab, finished even and smooth without using extra cement and shall be maintained required slope and curved (b) The roof surface shall be thoroughly wire brushed cleaned to eliminate all sharp projection, washed dried up and cleaned of all foreign material and dust to receive primer (c) On the dried plastered surface, one coat of approved bituminous primer @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm shall be applied. (d) On this primered surface, APP modified bituminous memberance 3mm thick with non woven polyster reinforcement weighing not less than 3.60 Kg/Sqm with mineral finished shall be laid by torch application method (e) Apply a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 Kg/Sqm (f) The overlap while torching shall be 75mm on length side and 100mm on width side. (g) The treatment shall be carried as per manufacturer instructions through authorised applicater.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of newly plastered or unplastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement base paint white or tinted including washing floors, cleaning glass, joinery, electrical fittings, wiring etc. of drops and splashes complete all as specified and as directed

Dismantling PVC water tanks exc.250 litres but not exc.500 litres capacity including removing unserviceable tank from work site complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for 500 litres capacity, rotational moulded polythelene multilayer water storage tanks (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in postion including 20mm size brass float valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut and connected fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling PVC water tanks exc.500 litres but not exc.1000 litres capacity including removing unserviceable tank from work site complete all as directed.

Supply and fix for 1000 litres capacity, rotational moulded polythelene multilayer water storage tanks (ISI marked) (cylindrical vertical with closed top), hoisted and fixed in postion including 20mm size brass float valve, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut and connected fittings complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks, mouths of circulating pipes for capacity of tank exc.250 litres and n.exc.500 litres including new GI fittings like elbo,Tee etc. complete all as directed

Disconnecting existing tanks, setting aside (or lowering if required) for repairs, cleaning, etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position including cleaning and removing all scale, dirt etc from tanks, mouths of circulating pipes for capacity of tank exc.500 litres and n.exc.1000 litres including new GI fittings like elbo,Tee etc. complete all as directed
