Transportation of oil filled barrel 200/210 litter capacity from oil storage yard near Hyder Pally to Power House

Transportation of Empty barrel 200/210 litter capacity from Power house to oil yard near Hyder Pally

Removal Bung/Seals Opening and closing of Bungs of each Barrels and making all arrangements or measurement of HSD Oil Barrels.

Filling, Replenishing of HSD Oil filled Barrels to Oil storage tank

Restacking of Empty Barrels 200/210Ltrs capacity at sea Shore/jetty or Power House/stock yard as and when required by the department.

Restacking of HSD Oil filled Barrels 200/210Ltrs Capacity at sea Shore/jetty or Power House/stock yard as and when required by the department.

Changing Oil from leaking/damaged Oil filled Barrels to good Barrel of 200/210Ltrs capacity at Jetty/sea shore or stock yard

Cleaning of 15KL Capacity tank at Power house yard as and when required normally once in three months and removal of mud if any from Power House and disposed it properly

Cleaning and removal of sediments and mud inside and HSD Oil filling pit once in a month including the disposal of mud and sediments in properway

Handling and over stacking 1 layer over HSD Filled barrels 200/210Ltrs Capacity on the entire stack of Hsd Oil filled Barrels at Power house/Yard/Sea shore etc if required.

Scrapping,Cleaning and Painting of Outer periphery of 15KL Capacity storage tank with one coat red oxide(metal primer) and two coat Aluminum Paint normally twice in a year.(Full cost)

Cleaning and removal of sediments and mud inside the Day tank /Service tanks in Power House and disposal of mud/sediments in once in a month

Loading of Empty Barrels 200/210 ltrs capacity from wharf to private vessel or Manju and vice versa

Loading/unloading of Filled Barrels 200/210 ltrs capacity from wharf to private vessel/boat or Manju and vice versa

Shifting of Oil from one storage tank to another

24 Hrs Watch and ward duty for oil filled barrels / Empty Barrels at Warf /Jetty/Sea Shore.

Labor charge of forklift operator for running and maintenance of departmental forklift on daily basis

Supply of Laborer for cleaning/sweeping inside the compound wall and nearby surrounding premises of outside the Power House including properly managing of used filters and other garbage(Once in a week).

Supply of laborer for cleaning/sweeping inside the Oil Yard and its surroundings including properly managing the grabages/debries (Once in a week)
