Taking down carefully existing bitumen tarfelt including plastering upto 15mm thick cleaning the surface and make free of dirt, foreign particles, laitance followed by grinding all protrusions to make surface modulated and removing all foreign materials / Bitumenous primer completely , cleaning and washing the existing surface of roof/slab, terraces including flashings and junctions of parapets/Curb walls etc and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : (i) Contractor will not throw the debris and taking down material from roof with suitable arrangement. (ii) If taking down of plaster is exceeding 15mm than PCC and plaster both shall be measured separately. iii) Any Lightning arrester (Earthing Strip) and pipe removing and refixing in same position. iv)) Removing of the rubbish to a distance outside MoD land at own arrangement of Contractor.

Demolition of cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwisespecifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L providing cement slurry @ 3Kg per sqm on existing roof surface before laying PCC/ Plaster complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for providing cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B0 (Using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed plate/roof kerb/PCC padding and haunching etec all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge Note : PCC shall be laid in slope and thickness shall be averege (minimum average thickness 25 or as oer site requirement for maintaing the slope) as per site including filling in depression by providing concrete bench marks for maintaining th perfect slope to drain out the rain water as directed by Engr-in-Charge. No hand mixing is allowed, mixing shall be at ground floor and mixed materials deposited on roof by Manually/ mechanically to acheive the proper strength and workmen ship.

M&L for rendering 5 mm thick in CM 1:3 on concrete surfaces mixed with water proofing compound @ 0.12 ltr per bag of cement or as per manufacturer instruction and finishing the surfaces even and smooth without using extra cement. Note:- (Supply only water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound

M&L for cleaning the newly plastered surfaces throughly with wire brushes and providing water proofing treatment all as given here in after (a) Bituminous primer @ 0.3lit per Sqm conforming to IS-3384-1986 (b) 3 mm thick APP polymer modified moply FP of M/S TEXSA Ltd or M/S STP Ltd or ASIAN PAINTS of Hydrostop Tiki Dan of M/s Tikki tar Ltd with minimum wt 3.0 Kg per square metre membrane (one layer) laid by torch application method. (c ) Applying two coat of bituminous based aluminium paint @ 0.20 Kg in two coats (total in two coats) per square metre over membrane. Complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. (d) The overlaps of APP shall be SSR part 1 and APP shall be laid by expert/ skilled workers only, bitumen based aluminious paint applied by brushes only. (e) Any type of Lightning arrester, Earthing Strip and pipe removing and refixing in same position.

Taking Down Cement plaster on brick or stone wall any description including raking out joints , hacking for key , scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed

M & L For 15mm thick rendering on brick /concrete surfaces on broken edges or chajjas , facia slab , roof , projection and any other brick/concrete surface in patch work in CM 1:4 and finishing fair and even without using extra cement with using 2% intregal water proofing compound by weight of CementComplete all as specified and as directed ( Note :-i) Water Proofing compound will be measured and Paid sepreately under relevent item . ii) The rate quoated shall be deemed to include for work up to four story building and height up to 15.00 mtr including all safety measures , scafolding etc., rerquired for carrying out the work and nothing extra on this account shall be admisable.

M&L preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying 2 coats of cement based paint on on ecoat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Disconnecting existing PVC water tanks of any description, of capacity exc. 500 & n. exc. 1000 lit., setting aside for repair, cleaning etc. and hoisting if required reconnecting and re-fixing in position.complete all as specified & as directed by Engineer in charge.

S&F for Galvanised Iron tubes 20 mm dia medium grade with all fittings and fixtures such as bends , elbows ,tees ,short pieces , back nuts , connectors , diminishing pieces caps pegs and clamps union etc. laid in wall/floor/ceiling as in concealed work including cutting chase in wall and making good surface .

Supply and fixing in repair 500 Litre capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank (cylindrical vertical with closed top) three layers hoisted and fixed in position complete and all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

S&F in repair 20mm dia Gun-metal, globe or gate valves, with iron wheel head, screwed both ends for iron pipe and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm dia Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut complete, screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing Debris /Waste Material received from demolition exc.1.50 km but n exc. 5 km and depositing where directed complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Repair to RCC structure using micro concrete all as per manufactureres instructions, as descripbed below and as specified and directed. (a) chipping off existing loose and damaged/craked concrete/plaster surfaces at location decided by engr-in-charge to depth n.exc 100mm using peneumatic tools or with light chiseling & wire brush, descale the exposed surfaces of reinforcement with wire brushes removing all loose rust scales from rebar blowing all loose dust with blower and washing concrete surfaces. A coat of alkali rust converting primer to be applied on the reinforcement bar surfaces.(b) Welding additional reinforcement bars where dia of existing bar is found reduced than specified limit as directed. Note : Supply only reinforcement will be measured and paid separately. (c) Applying coat of anticorrosive protective coating on both old & new reinforcement bars surfaces as per manufactureres instructions.(d) Applying coat of epoxy resin concrete bonding agent to exposed concrete surfaces and rebars.(e) Providing polymer modified cement mortar in specified composition for making manufactureres instructions (Thickness varies from 25mm to 100mm) Note : - (i) The rate for necessaryscaffolding & formwork is included in the quoted rate. (ii) The work will be carried out upto G+4 floors

M&L for rubber moulded Machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness, M-35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Material and labour for Preparation of old surfaces by brooming down or steel wire brushing; scrapping down smoke soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and greasy spots , removing nails etc., bringing surface to level by applying external wall care putty and applying two coats of exterior Acrylic emulsion (Apex)/Equivalent any colour on walls with and including provision of scaffolding required for the treatment to external surfaces of building with required safety measuers etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge

M & L for Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

M & L for Cutting chases, pinning in. making good to facings where required and pointing in cement mortar 1:3 to ends or edges of landings, steps, cills, sunshades, shelves, lintels, etc.; and cutting chases for concealed water tubing or concealed conduit wiring, etc., and making good, cutting not exc 10 cm girth as specified complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Cutting openings, through brick walls for door, window and other openings or enlarging existing openings converting window into door openings, etc. or cutting out defective brick work for under-pinning, including providing, fixing and removing shoring, cleaning and stacking bricks, removing surplus serviceable bricks, hard-core, etc to store and rubbish not exc. 50m

M&L for Granite (of any colour or any grains as approved) work with 20 mm thick table rubbed and polished as in steps jambs , pillers , window cills, cooking platform and similar works including pointing in with cement using 1:2 using marble dust and admixture of pigments to match with the shade of granite over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 for laying granite all as specified and directed including taking down / dismantling of existing plaster/ stone of any type. Note : Granite shall be best quality and shall be provided one piece and width minimum 70mm in jambs except of cooking platform which shall be of full width as per site including full moulding of exposed edges with polishing. The back surface of granite shall be made rough by sprinkling small pebbles using adhesive for bonding with bedding layer.

S&F 30 mm thick Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic (F.R.P.) flush door shutter in different plain and wood finish made with fire retardant grade unsaturated polyester resin, moulded to 3 mm thick FRP laminate all around, with suitable wooden blocks inside at required places for fixing of fittings and polyurethane foam (PUF)/Polystyrene foam to be used as filler material throughout the hollow panel, casted monolithically with testing parameters of F.R.P.laminate conforming to table 3 of IS: 14856 complete all as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer- in-charge.

Supply and fixing Fiber Glass Reinforced plastic (FRP) Door Frames of cross section 90 mm x 45 mm having single rebate of 32 mm x 15 mm to receive shutter of 30 mm thickness. The laminte shall be moulded with fire resistant grade unsaturated polyester resin and chopped mat. Door frame laminate shall be 2mm thick and shall be filled with suitable wooden block in all the three legs.The frame shall be covered with fiber glass from all sides M.S. stay shall be provided at the bottom to steady the frame., complete as specified by the manufacturer and as per directions of Engineer-in-charge.
