M&L Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2 (40mm graded stone aggregate) as concrete bed to drain pipes, 110mm bore, including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested including demolition of exisitng concrete bed, haunching and pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete pipes, 150mm bore, class NP2, conforming to IS 458, laid and jointed complete with collars laid in trenches including taking down existing pipe, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for laying DWC sewage pipe 150mm bore including sealing joint, fittings etc with collar complete all as specified and as directed. Note: The length of DWC pipe shall not be less than 12 Mtrs.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in concrete bed to drain pipes for pipes of 150 mm bore complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete pipes, 200mm bore, class NP2, conforming to IS 458, laid and jointed with collars laid in trenches including taking down existing pipe etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

Cutting holes into or through brick walls built in cement mortar for removing/refixing PVC/CI fittings and making good in cement mortar 1:3 or cement concrete 1:2:4 Type B-1 as required, superficial area n exc 150 sq cm each complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n. exc 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated materials n'exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n. exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point in soils complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone masonary, built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L brick work with fly ash bricks built in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 mtr mean radius complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick wall/stone wall, ceilings, sunken floors etc, racking out joints, hacking for key & scrubbing with water completely complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 15 mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces of walls finished the surface even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) set in CM 1:4 as in benching to manholes and copping incl necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 in foundations, filling and mass concrete etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for brick work with fly ash brick subclass “B” Old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exceeding 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 as Foundations, including rafts,footings, foundation beams, plinth beams, baffel wall, bases for columns, etc.; basement slabs, under-reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for RCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork for rough finished concrete curved surface to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footings, bases of columns, raft and raft beams, baffel wall, sides and soffits (if any) of foundation and plinth beams; and similar work; vertical or to complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F TMT bars 6mm dia and over upto and incl 8mm dia as in reinforcement, incl binding with and incl tying with MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for mild steel TMT bars 10 mm dia and over in reinforcement cut to length, bent to shape required including bending ,cranking and hooking ends and binding with and including MS wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in pre-cast cover slabs for manholes incl necessary form work set in CM 1:4 all as specified. (Note: Reinforcement will be measured & paid separately)

Taking out/removing foreign material from manholes Mechanically/Manually and removing same from MD lands incl taking out manholes covers and replacing manholes covers in position for manholes of any size & depth complete all as specified and as directed.
