Taking out unsv Top and S&F New Top of Prelaminated Particle Board Exterior Grade 18mm one side Teak Face with 04 mm Teakwood beading all around it complete as per Drg.

Taking out of unsv Drawer and S&F new Drawer of 01 mm thick plain black sheet as per existing shape and size.

Taking out unsv Lock of Drawer and S&F new Lock as per Drg.

Taking out old unsv Shoes/Toes and S&F new Hard Rubber/ PVC Shoes / Toes as per Drg.

After prepartion of surface rubbing denting and painting of table clk steel inside and outside as per drg.

Charpoy GI Pipe (FD-220)

Removing of old Nylon Newar from GI Charpoy tightening of complete charpoy GI Pipe and its parts such s loose check nut, elbow, long rails, short rail and legs etc, complete, all as directed and specified.

Removing of old unserviceable Elbow from charpoy GI Pipe and Supply and fixing new elbow GI 32 mm (ISImarked) medium grade, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing of old unserviceable check nut from charpoy GI pipe and S&F new check nut 32mm, medium grade of best quality, complete, all as specified and directed.

Removing the existing u/s broken long rails of charpoy GI Pipe and supplying and fixing new long rails made out of GI tubing 32mm dia (medium grade. ISI marked) all as specified and shown on drg.

Making out short rails obtained from broken long rails from Ser Item No. 06 above and both side thrading and fixing to the charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken /u/s short rails.

Making out legs for charpoy GI pipe obtained from broken GI pipe from Ser item Nos. 06 and both side thrading and fixing to the charpoy GI Pipe complete all as specified and shown on drg including removing existing broken u/s legs.

Supply and fixing with proper welding work mild 25 mm sq pipe and 1.6mm wall thickness fixed to long rail raraled complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing 12mm thick plywood top of size 1980 mm x 900 mm commercial BWR grade ISI marked, fixed with 10 Nos nut and bolts with washer nut and bolt of 6 mm dia after driling to charpoy GI pipe complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing with proper welding work mild steel plate of size 40MM dia x3MM thick in the lowr ends of legs and per sample approved by GE complete all as specified and directed.

Teapoy Verandah (FD-255/383)

Supply & fix MS conduit pipe of 20 mm bore as in short runner of Teapoy verandah by welding duly painted with a coat of pink primer after dismantling old broken/ unserviceable runner all as shown on drg and as specified and directed

All as per ser item No. 7.01 hereinbefore but long runner.

Painted the whole steel frame with enemle white paint after the preparation of whole surface.

Supply & Fix 18/19mm thick pre laminated pratical board z(make:- Actiion Tesa, Nova pan, Kit Ply) one side T/F other side white alongwith 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top of tepoy verandah after dismantling old damage/unserviceable top all as shown drg all as specified and directed.

Chair Verandah ( FD-256)

M & L of Welding 'U' shape legs with arms of conduit pipes 20mm dia 16 gauge thick all as specified & shown on drg.

Welding broken joints of 20mm dia 16 gauge thick conduit pipe of chair verandah

S&F hard rubber toes to legs as per sample.

Preparation of old painted surfaces for painting to chair and apply one coats of white synthetic enamel paint to framed chair verandah complete all as specified

Recanning of verandah chair with plastic cane (Oval Shape) 04 mm wide complete as per Godrej pattern using make: Shah/Premier brand cane (Removing of old broken cane shall be done at BSO Yard

S&F 18/19mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade make : Archid/Greenply/Novopan with 6mm thick TW beading after dismantling old u/s runner all as shown on drg and as specifed and directed
