Earth work excavation for foundation in all classes of soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting including initial leads and lifts and refilling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in 150 mm layers well watered, rammed and consolidated including depositing surplus earth within the godown or inside compound in places shown with initial lead of 10 mts and initial lift of 2 mts. clearing, levelling the site, shoring, strutting, bailing of water wherever necessary etc., complete complying with standard specificationand as directed

CEMENT CONCRETE 1:5:10(one cement, five sand and ten aggregate)using 40mm gauge hard broken granite stone jelly for foundation including de-watering, side shuttering , strutting, wherever necessary including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Reinforced Cement Concrete 1:1½ :3 (one cement one and half sand and three hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm gauge hard broken granitestonejellyforallRCC items of works excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges centering and shuttering but including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc., and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor / roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls, beams etc.,shall be finished smooth with Cement Mortar 1:3 ( One cement and three sand) and kraft paper laid over it without claiming extra etc.,complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.Foundation and basement

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position MS/RTS grills for reinforcement for all R.C.C. works as per design given including cost of steel and G.I. binding wire in all floors etc., complete4 complying with standard specification(Contractor has to make his own arrangements for the supply of steel and binding wire)

Providing FORM WORK for centering the soffits of all reinforcement concrete work including strutting to the required (3 metre) height with mild steel sheets of size 90cm x60cm 10gauge stiffened with welded mild steel angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid with country wood joist of average of size 10cm x 6.50cm at about 90cm centers with casuarinas props of 13cm dia at 75cm centre to centre with all nails coir, wedges complete and removing the form work after necessary curing 111period as directed by the corporation officers. The rates should inclusive of cutting, bending, welding charges of M.S.sheets; M.S.angles etc complete complying with standard specification and as directed. Providing Glass Coping with broken glass on the top of the compound wall with cement mortar 1:3 (one cement ande three sand) 20mm thick including fixing with broken glass piece with necessary scaffolding finishing and curing etc., complete as directed.

PLASTERING with cement mortor 1:5 (one cement and five sand) 12mm thick including cost of scaffolding, finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

White washing one coat with best shell lime in all floors including cost of shell lime, gum, kanjee and brushes etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Colour Washing two coats using best shell lime including cost of gum, kanjee, colouring bigmens brushes complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Supplying and fixing of M.S Gate in two leaves with B Class pipe of 50mm dia alround and 15cm dia pipe vertically at 15cm intervals including fixing of 18 gauge B.P Sheet at middle of gate 50cm height including cost of all furniture fittings, aligning, fixing in position with two coats of anti corrosive metallic nut brown colour paint over one coat of primer etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers.

Manufacturing supplying and fixing of Steel Door (Double Leaves) with the following specification MS angels of size 40 x 40 x 6mm are used for the outer frames and MS angles of size 35 x 35 x 5mm for the shutter frames stiffeners with 32 x 6mm MS flat is provided at required intervals in the shutter frame. 18 gauge CR sheet laid as panel in the shutter and welded intact. MS flat 18 x 5mm is welded over the 32 x 6mm MS flat sand witching the CR sheet in between additional stiffeners with 18 x 5mm MS flat is provided diagonally at the rear side of the shutter, 3 Nos. of hinges in case of single leaf and 6 Nos. of hinges in double leaves shutter to be provided. 6 Nos. of hold fasts 300mm in length made of angle section spliced at the ends are welded to the outer frames of the door. Tower bolts 2 Nos., one at the top and the other at the bottom are provided. 250 x 16mm size of two aldrops are provided in single leaf door at lock rail section in the door for inner and outer provided and one rotating locking arrangements for the inner side of the door and additional provision for locking
