Material and labour for preparation of old decorated surfaces of walls including brooming down or steel wire brushing, scrapping down smoke, soot, moulds, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil, greasy spots and applying one coat distemper oil emulsion on walls complete by an authorised applicator, complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No. 1 mentioned here-in-above but one coat of distemper on ceiling surface.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted wood or wood based surfaces of any description, not otherwise described over 10 cm width or girth and apply one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for french polishing on surfaces of any description, width or girth including cleaning and preparing the surfaces including a coat of wood filler on old surfaces with one or more coats, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for the prepration of wall including complete removal of existing treatment and applying 2mm thick (average) wall care putty, rubbing with sand paper, for making the wall surface to receive two coats of distemper oil emulsion over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description from brick wall surfaces etc including racking out joints and hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:6) on brick work/ RCC wall and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 5 mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:3) on ceiling surfaces and finish the surface fair and even without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered ceiling surfaces and applying two coats of OBD over a coat of primer, complete all as specified and directed.
