Towers protection wall for (a)tower No.2 of 66kV Chikkakondagola line near Haralahalli limits village (Mavinahalli village), (b)tower No.15 of 66kV Belur-Ugane-Suzalan & Uddur multi circuit line at Uddur village limit, (c)Tower No.4 of 66kV Arakalagudu line and (d) Tower No.17 multi circuit 220kV Upparahosahalli (NHAI)

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have Satisfactorily completed as a prime contractor to an extent of Rs.17.60 lakh in at least one similar nature of work in any one of the last 5 years i.e, 2021-22 to 2025-26 in any of the Government / Public undertaking. Order copies/ certificates issued from the cadre not less than the rank of Executive Engineer should be scanned and uploaded.

The bidder should have valid PWD registration until the date of completion of work, if the work is awarded.

The Bidder should submit relevant document certifying his/her status as CAT-I issued by revenue department with RD number and same will only be considered by this office (will be checked in the website www. Nadakacheri.karnataka.gov.in).

The bidder should submit the certificate indicating the domicile of the State of Karnataka for more than 10 years issued by revenue department with RD number and same will only be considered by this office (will be checked in the website www. Nadakacheri. Karnataka.gov.in).

The Bidder should submit valid IT PAN card & Latest Indian Income Tax return verification form.

The Bidder should submit valid GST registration Certificate

To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name To qualify for award of this contract, each bidder in his/their name should have achieved, Rs.35.21 lakh in at least one financial year a minimum financial turnover (in all classes of civil Engineering construction works only) in the last 5 years, i.e.2021-22 to 2025-26 Audited financial statement for the said five years duly signed by the Charted Accountant along with P&L statement should be uploaded.

The Bidder should submit the EPF registration certificate issued from the competent authority.

No Deviation certificate available in the tender documents should be filled and uploaded.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by any state Government/Government of India/Union Territory. Self-declaration statement shall be uploaded

Existing commitments and ongoing works as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section -3 of KW-1 Form (Clause1.4 (A)). The contractor should enclose/ attach/upload all necessary certificates duly attested by the employer not below the rank of Executive Engineer for details in column No(7)of the table

Works for which tenders already submitted as on the date of this tender in the prescribed proforma in section-3 of KW-2 Form (Clause1.4 (B)) The contractor should scan & upload the details duly self-attested

No Litigation certificate in the prescribed proforma should be uploaded duly signed.
