Removing the unserviceable shelves from Almirah large steel/Almirah medium steel /Almirah large steel 1/2HX1/2S/ Almirah medium steel 1/2HX 1/2S and supply and fix new shelves made of 1mm thick CRCA sheet made to shape and size on drawing and fixing with cleats, nuts and bolts incl two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Olive Green) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. Removing the existing unserviceable legs from Almirah steel large /Almirah medium steel /Almirah large steel 1/2HX1/2S/Almirah medium steel 1/2HX 1/2S and supply and fixing the new legs made out of 1mm thick CRCA sheet and fixed with welding/riveting as per existing size and duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (Olive Green) over one coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed. REPAIRS TO BED PLYWOOD TOP (Drg No. FD-247& FD-246)

M & L for removing unserviceable / broken leg from bed plywood top and S & F new leg made out of 1st class teak wood and made to shape and all as shown on drg and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable plywood from both side of Head board of Bed plywood top and S & F new 4mm thick plywood one side teak face (Natural teak) to both side of Head board including 15mm wide 6mm thick teak wood round beading providing for both side of head board and 35mm wide 4mm thick teak wood beading for top of head board and all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable plywood from both side of Foot board of Bed plywood top and S & F new 4mm thick plywood one side teak face ( Natural teak) to both side of Foot board incl 15mm wide 6mm thick teak wood beading providing both side of Foot board and 35mm wide 4mm thick teak wood beading for top of the head board and all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable long rail from Bed plywood top and S & F new long rail made out of 1st class hard wood made to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing unserviceable center rail from Bed plywood top and S & F new cener rail made out of 1st class hard wood made to shape complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable/ worn out existing plywood top from Bed plywood top and S & F new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade Type BB commercial 7 Ply of size 1940 X 915mm of approved make and fixing with minimum 18 Nos 30mm brass screw for each bed complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIR OF WOODEN TABLES: Removing unserviceable/ broken table top and S & F new table top made of 18mm thick pre-laminated particle board exterior Grade ( Natural teak finish) with 4mm thick teak wood beading all around the top, complete all as specified and directed, suitable for following type of tables :

Removing unserviceable glass shelves from dressing mirror gents and S&F glass shelves in dressing mirror Gents of approx size 580mm long x 90mm wide x5mm thick of approved quality complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Polishing of dressing mirror gents with french polish for obtaining glossy finish incl preparation of wooden surfaces by scrapping with sand paper & apply putty where ever required complete all as specified and directed.

REPAIR OF SCHOOL CHAIR WITH HARD BOARD (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/05)

Removing unserviceable seat and back from school chair and S&F PVC 4mm thick in single piece seat and back weight not less than 1.2 kgs each with adequate nos of steel screw, complete all as specified and shown on drawing.

Removing unserviceable hand board from chair school and S&F pre-laminated particle board of exterior grade of approved shade with standard size of PVC edging all around of minimum thickness 1.6mm thick fixed with hot glue complete all as specified and shownon drawing.

SOFA SET CUSHOIN (Drg No. FD-281/ FD/Map-II/02): Removing old unserviceable/ worn out cushion and tapestry cloth form sofa set 5 seater ( Set of 10 pieces) and supply of new cushion of size 21" X 22" X 4" thick foam with 40 density as approved by GE, covered with tapestry cloth of approved shade &quality over lining cloth duly covered and stiched complete all as specified and shownon drawing. Not : Cost of the tapestry cloth shall not be less than Rs. 250/- per meter.

Repair of Chair CB Steel with Arms (Drg No. FD-75(m))

M & L for removing unserviceable seat from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new seat made out of 2nd class hard wood and canned with 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.4mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, and complete all as specified and as directed .

M & L for removing unserviceable back from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new back made out of 2nd class hard wood and canned with 2mm wide and 0.3mm thick plastic cane white colour and 4mm wide 0.4mm thick plastic cane for all round the border including black polishing to the wooden frame and fixing to the same with 4 Nos GI Nut and bolts of size 3/16"X3" long with two washers on either side of the seat, and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for removing unserviceable/broken arms from chair CB steel with arms and S & F new arms made out of first class teak wood and handle shall be black polished and fixed to the chairs CB steel with arms with suitable wooden screws, and complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for preparation of steel surfaces by emery paper to Chair CB steel with arms and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint olive green shade approved quality over a coat of red oxide primer and complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIRS / PAINTING OF Bed hard (Drg No. FD/E6/MAP/08)

Preparation of old steel surfaces by scraping with emery paper, cleaning, re-dusting, making the surfaces smooth and apply putty where required and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint (black paint) of bed hard hard top including welding wherever necessary complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing old unserviceable/ worn out existing plywood top from bed hard top and S & F new 12mm thick plywood BWR grade Type BB commercial 7 Ply of size 1974x930mm of approved make and fixing with minimum 12Nos of 8x30mm screw for each bed complete all as specified and as directed.

REPAIR OF CHARPOY GI PIPE 32MM WITH NYLON NEWAR : (Drg No. FD-220)

M&L for removing the threadless/broken long rails from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm and supply and fix new long rails of 32 mm dia GI Pipe medium grade 1.88 mtr long threaded at both ends and fix to existing three way elbow 32 mm dia and all as shown on drg.

Taking out existing old broken short rail from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in position short rails made out of old broken long rail obtained from taking down above item including threading on both ends complete fixing all as specified and shown on drg.

Taking out existing old broken short rail from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new short rails made out of 32mm dia GI Pipe medium grade 900mm duly threaded at both ends and fixed to existing three way elbow complete all as shown on drg

Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI 32mm dia and providing in new legs in position made out of old broken short rails obtained from taking down above item and S&F 3mm thick 40mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg including threading on top portion and fixed complete all as specified and directed

Taking out existing old broken legs from Charpoy GI pipe and S&F new legs made out of 32mm dia GI pipe med grade incl 3mm thick 40mm dia MS plate welded at bottom of leg and threading on top and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for removing unserviceable three way elbow 32 mm dia and S & F new three way elbow 32 mm dia medium grade (ISI marked) and all as shown on drg.

M&L for removing unserviceable check nuts of 32 mm dia and S & F new check nuts 32mm dia 6mm thick of best quality and all as shown on drg.

M&L for removing the old unserviceable Nylon Newar from charpoy GI Pipe 32 mm dia and Supply reweaving with light shade new nylon newar 50 to 55mm wide closely double knitted and complete all as specified and directed by Engr -in- Charge. (Weight of nylon newar shall not be less than 1.75 Kgs per charpoy and colour shell be white/light colour).

Conversion of Charpoy GI Pipe with Nylon Newar to Charpoy GI pipe with Ply wood top (Drg No. FD-220)

M&L for removing the existing nylon newar from charpoy GI pipe and welding four mild steel square tubes 25mmx 25 mm x 16 gauge, 225 mm long on short rails at four corner of Charpoy GI pipe incl drilling holes for fixing plywood with suitable size of counter sunk bolts and nuts and painting steel surfaces of square tubes with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 2 Nos mild steel square tube 25mm x 25 mm x 16 gauge,850 mm long welded on long rails horizontally at equal distance incl drilling 04 Nos holes at equal distance forfixing plywood with counter sunk bolts and nuts and painting steel surfaces of square tubes with two coats of black synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1950 mm x 900 mm x 12mm thick BWR grade, type BB,commercial plywood,7 ply conforming to IS 303 of 1975 with 4 mm thick teak wood beading all around the ply wood edges and fixing ply wood with suitable size of counter sunk bolts,nuts with washer complete all as specified and directed.
