Laying of 10 cm thick P.C.C 1:4:8 for base with cement , course sand and stone blast cor size 20-40mm incl. all labour T&P etc complete for proper complition of work.

First class brick work in 1:4 cement and course sand mortar including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

12.0 MM thick cement plaster in 1:4 (1Part cement : 4 part course sand ) CM incl all labour material T&P etc comp.

Providing and fixing ISI marked flush door shutters conforming to IS :2202 (Part I) decorative type, core of block board construction with frame of 1st class hard wood and well matched teak 3 ply veneering with vertical grains or cross bands and face veneers on both faces of shutters. 35mm thick including ISI marked Stainless Steel butt hinges with necessary screws.As per PWD SOR Chap 9/38/9.21.1(a).

Applying redymix primer i/c cost of marerials on wood surface (rates inclusive of repairing surface, preparing of surface by thoroughly cleaning oil, grease, dirt and other foreig material and scour with wire brush etc.

Painting 1st over priming coat (but excluding cost of priming coat) on steel and other material surface including cleaning the surface of all dirt, dust and other foreign matter and papering and stopping including cost of material, labour tool and paints etc.required for proper completion of work, paint shall be used as per standard 1.5 specification as per IDSOR Ch 12/2a.

Providing and fixing of fly proof wiring gauge to window , clerestory,windows and door with ms flate 15x3mm and nut and bolt comp. stainless steel (grade 304) wire gauge of 0.5mm dia wire and 1.4mm aperature in both sides . As per PWDSOR ch 9/34/10.29.2

Finishing wall with putty approved brand and manufacturer on decorative on wall surface to give an even shade over i/c curing and cost of all material , labour T&P for proper complition of work. as PWDSOR ch. 15/31/new.

Destempering with oil bounded destempering of approvel brand and manufracturer and of required shade on undercoated wall surfaceto give an even shade over & i/c a priming coat with cement primer of approved brand and manufracturer such as Berger, J&N salimar, asian , paints after throughly frushing the surface free from moertar dropping and other foreign matter and also i/c preapering of the surface even with plaster of approved synthetic material and sand and papered smooth i/c cost of all materials. as per PWDSOR ch 15/13/649

Providing and laying in position machine mixed of 1:1.5:3 concrete mix for reinforcement cement concrete work using cement content as perapproved design mix including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding cost of centering and shuttering, finishing , and reinforcment including adimixture in reccommended praportions as per IS:9103 to accelarate retarding setting of concrete improving workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.
