Eligibility Criteria

Tenders from Joint ventures are not acceptable.

Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

The earnest money deposit of unsuccessful tenderers will be returned within 30 days of the end of the tender validity period specified in the DTP

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The earnest money deposit may be forfeited a) if the Tenderer withdraws the Tender after tender opening during the period of tender validity b) if the Tenderer does not accept the correction of the Tender Price, pursuant to Clause 19 or c) in the case of a successful Tenderer, if the Tenderer fails within the specified time limit to i) sign the Agreement or ii) furnish the required Security deposit

The amount put to tender is Exclusive of GST and the tenderer should quote without GST. However, GST will be paid at prevailing Rate during billing.

The Increase in GST shall not be paid in extended period of contract for which the contractor alone is responsible for delay as determined by the authority while granting the extension of time.

Successful bidders should execute the agreement within 07 days from the date of approval intimated. If the contractor fails to enter into the agreement within the said period, the EMD of the contractor shall be forfeited and action shall be initiated for banning to participate in the tender of KBJNL.

Labour supplying Tenderers must upload Labour Registration Certificate and must have at least 5 years of experience and submit a copy of registration certificate (Form-C).

The tenderer should be registered under various Acts viz. ESI Department and EPF Department.

The employees supplied by the Agency have no employer employee relationship with the Nigam.

Employees appointed to this service shall not be allowed to receive wages less than the minimum wage fixed under the Minimum Wages Act (KTPP) and shall be paid the wages as revised from time to time under the Department of Labor Act without fail.

If the agency is delayed in paying its bills due to lack of funding or administrative reasons, the agency should be prepared to wait. Staff salaries should not be withheld for this reason.

All tenderers are required to strictly adhere to labor regulations when providing employees.

The tenderer must submit the EPF and ESI documents paid to the employees appointed for the service along with the bill, as well as the documents showing the minimum wage paid to the bank online.

The organization must adhere to all current regulations and make mandatory statutory deductions, submitting the details to the Division/Sub-Divisional Office on a monthly basis.

Clause-33 Payment: Same clause-33 read as para maintained in the G.O: FD 678 Exp-12/23 Bangalore Dated: 06.06.2025 (latest Modification).

Tenderer should quote item wise rates. For item no. 1-6 bidder should not quote below SR rate (for manpower salary items)

As the same work pertaining to the AME Nature provision tender same Head work closed on 04.09.2025 hence payment of man power will be effective from 05.09.2025 i.e tender effective 05.09.2025 to 04.09.2027 (i.e 24 Months)

General

Minimum financial turnover (civil engineering construction works) not less than two times the annual payments from this contract (Rs. xxxxx Lakhs)

Satisfactoriy completed (atleast 90%) as prime contractor at-least one such similar work of value not less than Rs. xxxxxxx (80% of estimated cost of tender)
