Ground Floor

Earth work excavation for foundation in all soils and sub soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting and requiring the sides of foundation.

Filling in Basement with excavated Earth in layers of not more than 15cm. Thick well rammed, watered and consolidated complying with standard specifications etc., complete.

Cement concrete 1 : 4: 8 mix using 40 mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed.

Brick work in CM 1 : 5 mix using country bricks ground mould of size 23 x 11 x 7 cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Basement

Ground Floor

Supplying and fabricating and placing in position MS steel or ribbed for steel for all reinforced cement concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and Erecting centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surface in all floors with all cross bracing using mild steel sheets of size 90x60cm and 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle of size 25x25x3 mm for boarding laid over silver oak joists (Country wood) of size 10x6.5cm spaced @ about 90cm c/c and supported by casurina props of 10-13cm dia spaced @ 75cm c/c etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers. Rate for 10Sqm for the following items (RCC floor slab, roof slab, Rectangular/Square, tee/All beams, lintels, staircase waist slabs, landing slabs, landing beam, portico beam etc.

RCC Cement concrete 1 : 1 ½ : 3 using 20 mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Reinforcement and fabrication charges, centering and shutting but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary and bearing surfaces of walls sides and bottom of the slabs, beams etc., shall be finished smooth with cement mortar 1 : 3, 12mm thick extra as directed by the departmental officers etc.,

Basement

Ground Floor

Plain cement concrete with CC 1 : 2 : 4 using 20 mm iss metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to site and labour charges etc., complete

Plastering with CM 1 : 5, 12mm thick over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Supplying and applying of two coats of putty of 3mm thick over the exposed RCC surface of ceiling including finishing the joints smoothy with grinding machine and the surface shall be thoroughly cleaned out of dust and scrubbing. The Surface shall then be allowed to dry for atleast 48 hours. It shall then be sand papered (waterproof abrasive sheet) to give a smooth and even surface. Any unevenness shall be made good by applying 1st coat of putty mixed with water on the entire surface including filling up the undulations and applying 2nd coat of putty after 6 hours of 1st coat of putty and then sand papering (waterproof abrasive sheet) the same after it is dry and finishing the surface smoothly, etc., complete.

Paving the floor with Polished Rajasthan Kota Stone Slabs of 20mm thick with Machine Cut Edges of size below 2'0" x 2'0" in Cement mortar 1:3 etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Dadooing of walls with glazed tiles of size laid in CM 1:2, 10mm thick & pointing with white cement using 0.4kg/cm2 -10Sqm.

Paving the floor with pre-polished concrete anti-skid step tiles (Required shape and design) of 20mm thick of approved quality and colour laid in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three crushed stone M.Sand) 20mm thick and pointed with white cement mixed with colouring pigment at the rate of 0.40 Kg. / sq.m., curing, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. (The make and brand of the tiles should be got approved by Executive Engineer before use on works)

Distembering two coats oil bound distember over priming coat inculding cost and conveyance of all materials to site and all loboure charges etc complete ( Inner wall )

Exterior Emulsion painting two coats with best approved quality and colour paint over one coat of Base coat including cost and convyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete.

Painting two coats using best synthetic enamel paint over new iron works including cost and conveyance and all labour charges etc. complete

Weathering course with best quality broken brick jelly of size 20mm uniform gauge in pure slaked lime (no sand to be listed) over the RCC roof slab in the proposition being brick jelly to lime 32:12 ½ by volume and laid over into a single layer and consolidated to required finished thickness beating the mixture with wooden.

Finishing the top of roof with one course of machine pressed tiles of size 230mm x 230mm x 20mm of approved quality set in Cement Mortar 1:3 (One Cement and Three Crushed stone M.Sand) 12mm thick mixed with water proofing compound conforming to ISS at 2% by weight of cement used and the joints pointed neatly to full depth of tiles with the same cement mortar mixed with red oxide and water proofing compound including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers
