Day to Day Sewerage Maintenance, Road Cleaning, Garbage Collection and Disposal and Jungle Cleaning Works at Rajur Incline colliery under Ghonsa Sub Area.

Cleaning of surface drains (pucca) including removal of silt, mud, garbage and vegetation from inside drain and up to 1 m bank side complete and disposal within 50 m lead as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Drain size up to 300 mm wide. Total drain length = 3000 m per cycle. (The cross drainage pipes also to be cleaned)

Providing day-to-day maintenance of sewerage system including cleaning/removal of choke from inspection chambers, sewer lines, kitchen traps and toilet traps by rodding, bamboo, manual cleaning, jetting or other approved methods including opening of joints, cleaning of pipes, refixing/jointing, flushing with fresh water, removal and disposal of sludge up to 50 m lead complete with all tools, tackles and incidental charges. Inspection chamber size up to 0.75*.75m and sewer line size up to 300 mm dia. (for all colonies at RIC) Contractor shall deploy minimum 1 sanitation worker per day.

Cleaning/sweeping of colony roads, paved surfaces and pucca storm drains including collection and stacking of leaves, litter, garbage and rubbish at designated locations/dustbins complete with all tools and tackles. Contractor shall deploy minimum 1 sanitation workers per day complete. (MinimumArea to be cleaned per day is 6000 sqm )

Door-to-door collection of garbage from residential quarters, roadsides, dustbins and community areas in Kumbharkhani Township by covered motor-driven vehicle having sufficient carrying capacity including loading, unloading, transportation and disposal of garbage up to 1.00 Km lead complete as per instructions of the Engineer-in-Charge. Approx total Garbage per day 2 cum. Cost of all consumables, fuel, labour and incidental charges included complete. Note: Minimum 2 Nos.worker can be combindly deployed for item No. 4 and 5.

Providing day-to-day maintenance of cleanliness of open sewage drains including removal of silt, mud, garbage, plastic waste, vegetation and floating waste from drains and adjoining drain edges (2 m wide each sides), keeping the drains free from blockage throughout the contract period, complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (Length 500 m, Ensure Cleaning on at least 2 days per week enagging minimum 2 nos of workmen)

Cleaning of small septic tank of capacity up to 20 users using vacuum suction tanker, opening of manhole cover, removal of floating scum, sludge and settled solids, loading, transportation and disposal of septage/sludge to the approved disposal location within 1.00 km lead, cleaning of accessible internal surfaces as required, refixing of manhole cover and making good the surrounding area complete with all labour, tools & tackles, PPE and incidental charges as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Cleaning of small septic tank of capacity of 250 users (approx) using vacuum suction tanker including opening of manhole cover, removal of floating scum, sludge and settled solids, loading, transportation and disposal of septage/sludge to the approved disposal location within 1.00 km lead, cleaning of accessible internal surfaces as required, refixing of manhole cover and making good the surrounding area complete with all labour, tools & tackles, PPE and incidental charges as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Disposal of dead animals including transportation to the specified place, earth predisposal of dead animal into pit with adequate quantity of salt lime and bleaching powder etc and refilling with the earth complete all with tools and tackles as per instruction of E/I Big animal(Cow, Buffalo, Ox & like)
