Material and labour for water proofing treatment on horizontal or vertical surfaces by applying oil bound bitumen primer @ 0.20 kg/sqm and providing 4mm thick APP modified water proofing membrane weighing not less than 4 kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woolen polyster matt weighing not less than 160 gm/Sqm including minimum 10cm side lap and 15cm end lap torch sealed and bonded and applying a coat of blown grade hot bitumen 90/15 over and below the membrane @ 1.20 kg/sqm in drying over the membrane finished with solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint/primer @ 0.1 kg/sqm over RCC roof slab/parapet after cleaning the surfaces by removing dust, dirt, etc. as per manufacturer instructions and all as specified and as directed.
