Earth work exception for foundation in all solids and sub-solids to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive shoring, structing and baling out water wherever necessary and filling the sides of foundation with excavated earth in layer of not more than 15cm thick well rammed and consolidated and depositing the surplus earth in all places shown by the department officers with initial lead and lifts etc. including leaving the sites complete complying with standard specifications etc complete.

Plain cement cement 1:4:8 Mix using 40 mm ISS Gauge HBG Metal including cost and conveyance of all materials to the work site including all labour charges for mixing,laying,ramming,consolidation and curing etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Brick work in cement mortor 1:5 (One part cement, five part sand) using II class bricks of size 9"x4 3/8"x2 3/4" all cost and conveyence of material to the site and all labour charges including curing etc complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting in the position of centering for sides and soffits including necessary supports and strutting upto 3.00 m high for plain surfaces with all cross bracings using mild steel sheet of 90 mm x 60 cm and or suitable size stiffened with welded-mild steel angle of size 2mmx25mmx3 mm for boarding laid over silver oax (country wood) joists of size 10 x cm x 6.5 cm spaced at about 90 cm centre to centre and supported by casurina props 10 mm to 13 cm dia spaced at about 75 cm center to center etc. complete complying with standard specifications and as directed the departmental officers.

Supplying, Fabricating and placing in position TMT bars for all reinforced cement concrete items of work including cost of steel transporting straightening, cutting, bending, cranking, binding and welding etc. Including cost of binding wire MS.chairs laps to fix the reinforcement in all positions, all labour and materials complete complying with standard specifications and drawings and as directed by the departmental Engineers.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (One part cement, one point five part sand and three part hard broken stone) using 20mm guage broken hard granite stone jelly for all RCC, items of works excluding cost of reinforcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing cost and conveyance of all materials to the site and all labour charges for mixing and providing fixture like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs wherever necessary as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 (one part cement and three part sand) 10mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 (one part cement and five part sand) 12mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Finishing the top of flooring with granothatic flooring with cement concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two sand and four aggrigate) using 6 to 12mm stone chips etc., Complete.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 (one part cement and four part sand) 20mm thick in all floors including curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed.

Painting the new walls two coats over one coat of priming with best Emulsion paint of approved colour and quality including preparation of surface and finishing neatly etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the department officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Supply and fixing in position of 110mm Dia PVC Rain water pipe with bend including cost and conveyance of all materials to work site and labour charges etc., complete charges etc., complete.

Supply and fixing of TNEB meter Board suitable for 32A Single Phase service connection with 32A Fuse unit (500V) 32A neutral link and earth link (1" x 1/8" Copper flat) on TW plank of size 375mm x 300mm x 19mm with supporting TW reepers of 1" thick an either side with painting with suitable bolt and nuts for fixing the TW plank on wall with earth connection and inter connection with 7/20 PVC insulated copper wire from EB meter to fuse unit.(S.D. No. 125)

Supply and run of 2 of 1.5 sq.mm (22/0.3) PVC Insulated SC unsheathed Cu. Conductor of 1100 V grade on 7/20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD.64)
