Dismantling C.I. or asbestos rain water pipe with fittings and clamps including stacking the material within 50 metres lead : 100 mm dia pipe.

Dismantling W.C. Pan of all sizes including disposal of dismantled materials i/c malba all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Dismantling of flushing cistern of all types (C.I./ PVC/ Vitreous China) including stacking of useful materials near the site and disposal of unserviceable materials within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying first class brick work in half brick thick in superstructure of standard size bricks with 1:4 cement mortar (1 cement and 4 course sand) including carriage of bricks upto work site, curing etc all complete.

Providing and Laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete excluding the cost of form work, finishing and reinforcements : 1:1.5:3 Mix (1cement, 1.5 coarse sand 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm and down nominal gauge).

Providing, fixing & removing form work for casting R.C.C items as indicated below: with locally available timber : Beam, lintels, girders, brersumers and cantilevers.

Drilling suitable holes in reinforced or plain cement concrete with power driven drill machine to a minimum depth of 100 mm up to 200mm in RCC beams, lintels, columns and slabs to introduce steel bars for sunshades/ balconies including fixing the steel bars in position using epoxy resin anchor grout of approved make but excluding the cost of reinforcement, all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Upto and including 12mm dia.

Supplying, bending and placing in position tor steel reinforcement in all R.C.C works including cost of binding wires, all complete.

Providing and Laying 12mm thick cement plaster of specified mix in single coat including finishing even and smooth and curing etc all complete. 1:4 mix.
