Providing & fixing IInd class teak wood in frames of required sections for windows, ventilators, shaft doors, partition etc. wrought framed and fixed in position including providing & fixing frame in position with necessary GI screws including applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make and shade over a coat of approved wood primer for the exposed surfaces & two coats of bituminous paint to the surfaces of frames in contact with masonry/ concrete etc. including removing the old damaged frames, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris outside colony etc. complete all as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying & fixing 18 mm thick PVC integral free foam sheet in form of flush finish door shutter, manufactured by M/s. Jain Irrigation Systems Ltd. (Ex-cel sheet) or other equivalent approved make of white colour, solid section, extruded rigid, light weight sheet with fine & homogeneous closed cell structure with smooth, glossy, hard surface finish on both sides all edges to be smooth finish with mixture of PVC powder & solvent etc. including dismantling the existing plywood/ A.C sheet shutters, removing and refixing of architraves with necessary screws, stacking serviceable material and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specification and as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge. Note: The entire shutter shall be jointless shutter.

Cement plastering 15 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ ready mix mortar in CM 1:4 of 'Roofit Mix' of M/s. Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s. Walplast Products pvt. ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s. Ultratech Cement Ltd or other approved equivalent make, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnical mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied on internal wall and ceiling finished smooth with neeru over brick walls or concrete surfaces at all floors and levels, including membrane curing by applying one coat of factory made curing compound Resikure of M/s. Anuvi Chemicals, Dr. Fixit curing compound or other equivalent over repaired surfaces as per manufacturer's specification etc. and removing existing damaged/ worn out plastering and disposing off debris out side colony etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying & fixing heavy duty stainless steel superior quality fittings, fixtures and fastenings along with necessary CP brass screws, bolts, nuts, washers, etc. as per approved samples. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

a) Piano hinges overall width of 35 mm x 20G Gauge.

Supplying & fixing matt finished, anodised aluminium heavy quality fittings, fixtures and fastenings of approved quality, along with CP brass screws, bolts and other accessories as per approved samples etc. complete all as per specifications and as directed by Engineer- in- Charge.

a) Tower bolt 150 mm long with 10 mm dia. barrel.

b) Bow Handle 100 mm long 10 mm dia. Solid.

Structural steel work using Galvanised MS angles/ flats etc. of required sizes of approved make and brand as per drawing in frame/ grill etc. including supplying, cutting, fabricating, weilding tools & plants, transportation scaffolding etc. and making holes of required size & depth in brick masonry/ concrete wall and fixing grouting the holes and finishing the surface including painting all structural work with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved make over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.

Supplying and fixing in position GI weld mesh of size 50mm x 25mm x 8 gauge to jalli/ GMS angle frame work wherever necessary including cutting to required size & shape, wastage, cost of tools & plants, transportation, scaffolding, and including two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade & make over a coat of approved steel primer etc. complete all as per specification & as directed by the Engineer- in- Charge.
