Creation of new ceiling of Confernce Hall of RIS

Careful dismantling of 2' x 2' lights along with ceiling speakers and all small spot lights and the AC grills as well, dismantling the wires in such a way that it can be used later with proper chanelling of the same. This to be done only after careful covering of the floor & tables & all equipment within the space to ensure minimum damage to all other parts. The wall panels need to remain intact while doing so. Dismantling the existing step gypsum ceiling with proper tools and onec done to be removed from the site & thereby clearing out the passageway also & to ensure no debris remain in the area. The AC ducts need to be covered to avoid dust entering the ACs.

Gypsum Ceiling : Providing & Fixing suspended 12.5 mm thick gypsum board false ceiling, including Providing & Fixing of G.I.Perimeter channels along with perimeter of false ceiling, screw fixed to brick wall/ partition with the help of nylon sleeves and screws at 600mm centres then suspended G.I. Intermediate channels from the soffit with the ceiling angle fixed to soffit withn G.I. cleat & steel expansion fastners. Ceiling section, flanges and lips are fixed to perpendicular to intermediate channel using connecting clips 12.5mm tapered edge plaster board is screw fixed to ceiling section with drywall screws. Boards to be finished with jointing tape & compound, sandpapered for a smooth finish with gypboard primer to be applied to finished surface. The New Gypsum. Ceiling to have 2' x 2' concealed lights with reflectors cutouts/other concealed downlighters cutouts/ AC Grill Cutouts/ AC vents/spot light cutouts/ in built speaker cutouts.

Electrical supply to be temporarily suspended, thereby to remove existing central reflective 2' x 2' lights along with all other speakers & other lights and Ac grills within the ceiling & post creation of the same to re-instate the same as per drawing & layout of ceiling lights & speakers. The connections of the same with testing complete with commissioning to be undertaken

Supply & fixing of new Focus Lights or COB lights 7 watts of Syska company LED concealed lights with taping jointing carefully & putting in sliv cover within the ceiling along with all testing & connections

Providing and fixing of new ambient light with connections -: 12 watt Syska LED lights concealed lights in the ceiling so as to ensure good lighting within the room, with new connections, wires used Havells FRLSH (fireproof wire) with slip cover, taping & jointing with complete testing

Supply & fixing of new LED tubes with connections -: Providing and fixing of new reflective cove light with connections -: 18 watt Syska LED lights or LED tubes so as to ensure good lighting within the room, with slip cover, taping & jointing with complete testing

Using plastic paint over newly created ceiling- this would include sanding, putty repair & primar to prepare the base, post which to apply 2-3 coats o plastic paint - Stark white paint for the ceiling

Covering & packing of table & floor for complete work of ceiling till completion.

Providing and fixing of new wooden beading along the perimeter of the room to cover joints between ceiling and the wall and the same to be polished .
