Cutting in Earth work and disposal of excavated earth upto a lead of 20 meters . Spade Work , Pick Work , & Jumper Work

Excavation in foundations, trenches etc. in earth work, lift up to 1.50 mtrs. stacking the excavated soil not more than 3 mtrs. clear from the as of excavation and then returning the excavated soil in 15 cm. layers when required into plinths sides of foundations etc., consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated soil as directed within a lead of 20 mtrs.- P-J Work.

Excavation in drain channel etc. in earth work including dressing of sides and disposed of excavated earth upto lead of 20 mtrs & lift up to 1.5 mtrs disposed to be levelled and neatly dressed pick/ Jumper Work.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work in:-

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work & reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Foundation and Plinth.

Walls (any thickness but not less than 0.1 m thickness) attached pilasters, buttresses, plinth and string courses etc. from top of foundation level up to floor two level.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:2:4 work (1 cement : 2 sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work in:-

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilever up to floor two levels.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of centering & shuttering in foundation and plinth.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 (1 cement : 5 sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size) curing complete excluding cost of form. For foundation & plinth.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15 mm thick welded with angle iron in frames 30x30x5 mm so as to give a fair finish i/c centring ,shuttering, strutting and propping etc. with wooden battens & ballies, ht. of propping & centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 mtrs. & removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete work in :

Flat surfaces such as soffits and suspended floors, roofs , landing and the like:-

Vertical surfaces such as walls ( any thickness ) partitions and the like including attached pilasters , buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like .

Wire crates of G.I. wire filled with boulder with square cut faces againts the wire ( wire crates to be measured and paid for separately)

G.I. Wire filled 5 mm Thick Corresponding to SWG 8.15 cm X 15 mm Mess

Providing mild steel/tor Steel reinforcement for R.C.C work including bending , binding and placing in position complete up to floor two level.

Removal of slips/Debries in all kinds of soil (including saturated soil but excluding boulders and rocky portion requiring blasting upto a distance of 20 metres dosposing of un-serviceable materials, stacking serviceable neatly dressing the surface.materials and neatly dressing the surface. (2nd stage Pump house)

Clearing jungle including uprooting of rank vegetation,grass,brush wood,trees and saplings of girth upto 30cm measured at a height of 1 metre above ground and removal of rubbish up to a distance of 20 metres outside the periphery of the area cleared.
