Amount

Excavation in trenches n exc 1.5m wide and n exc 1.5m deep and getting out in any type of soil, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers n exc 25cm, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of excavated soil to a distance n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n exc 1.5m above the starting point, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 150mm bore, HDPE double wall corrugated Pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches for sewage pipe including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes with PCC packing under hunching and bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 200mm bore, HDPE double wall corrugated Pipe in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches for sewage pipe including demolition and breaking up existing drain pipes with PCC packing under hunching and bedding, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concrete bed to 150mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunchings against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for concrete bed to 200mm bore drain pipes including packing under, and haunchings against the sides of pipes after they are laid in cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and tested, complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for cutting & removing 150/200mm dia drain pipe from existing manhole and inserting new drain pipe of dia 150/200mm, making good disturbed surface and benching with cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), complete all as specified and directed .

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description in any position, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, Type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) in foundations, filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, Type B-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channel and drains including necessary form work, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates), benching / copings and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description in any position not otherwise specifically provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast reinforced cement concrete, 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in cover slab for soakage well / manhole and similar works supported on walls including necessary formwork and set in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS TMT bars 8 to 10mm dia, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooking for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mils steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of septic tank / soakage well / sewage sump well of of 50 user in any position by using pressure pump/ sewer suction machine or Honey suckers machine and taking out solid sludge from sewage sump well including disposal of sludge in pit out side the defence land and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- rates are inclusive of dewatering the sewage water including necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Cleaning of septic tank / soakage well / sewage sump well of of 100 user in any position by using pressure pump/ sewer suction machine or Honey suckers machine and taking out solid sludge from sewage sump well including disposal of sludge in pit out side the defence land and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed. Note:- rates are inclusive of dewatering the sewage water including necessary T&P shall be arranged by the contractor.

Cleaning of 150mm bore underground sewage pipe (cleaning length n exc 30m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material / sludge to a distance of n exc 300m and burying in a pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of 200mm bore underground sewage pipe (cleaning length n exc 30m from manhole to manhole or from manhole to septic tank) including taking off manhole cover and cleaning of manholes of any size and depth and removing waste material / sludge to a distance of n exc 300m and burying in a pit and replacing manhole cover in position after cleaning, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of blockage WC of pedestal / squatt pattern / floor trap of bath room / kitchen etc. upto 1st manhole and making the drain pipe of any size full functional by flushing with water to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-Charge including cleaning of 1st manhole and removing the waste material / sludge etc. to a distance n exc 300m and burying the same in pits and spreading the area with bleaching powder, complete all as specified and directed.

Cleaning of manholes of depth not exceeding 1.5m, of any size, bailing out sludge / foreign matter and removing the same and burying in grounds at depth 1.00m below GL at a distance n exc 50m and placing back the manhole cover in original position, complete all as specified and directed.

Dewatering of soakage well / septic tank of any depth in any position by pumping out and removing outside Military / Defence land by mechanical means (trolley mounted) and burying in pits as directed including digging pits in any type of soil and covering pits with earth after absorption of water and including providing and spreading required quantity of bleaching powder around the pit or dispose of waste material as per state protocol including taking down of slab cover and refixing the same in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs 10 litre capacity PVC valveless, Syphonic action type, flushing cistern low level, white with inlet ball valve, float and handle including brackets and PVC flush pipe etc., complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs vitreous china wash basin white flat back, size 550x400 mm, with & including 32mm dia PVC waste pipe and waste coupling with & including angle iron brackets of suitable size & length or erecting stand etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for structural steel work as in truss, rafter purling, made out of angle / Hollow pipe / tube section including jointing cleats, plates flat iron, gusset plates, rails, braces etc. conforming to Fe 410-W (gde-E-250) Quality, confirming to IS-1161-1979 of grade St-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Preparation of new steel surface and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over red oxide primer, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 1000 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut including dismantling existing water tank and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 500 litres capacity Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including 20mm Ball brass valves, high pressure, with polythene float and flynut including dismantling existing water tank and removing from site, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs100mm dia PTMT grating with waste hole / without hole, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with sub-class `B' bricks (using old size bricks), straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in CM 1:4, Complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 and finishing even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand, complete all as specified and direction.

S&F chequered cement concrete tiles size 300 mm x 300 mm x 22-25mm thick with grey cement and pigment , rubber moulded with laquer polish for extra shine, ISI marked, coloured, set jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick plain cement concrete, 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in pavement / plinth protection, plinth protection shall be laid in alternate bays and joints shall be filled with bitumastic gola with 80/25 bitumen (1 part bitumen mixed with 3 part of sand) finishing surface even and smooth without extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed.

Deduction to be made from BOQ for Schedule 'A' Part-II (Credit Schedule from dismantling / taking down items) worth Rs 77,817.00 during AOC. (Note :- Tenderers shall not quote for this Schedule)
