The panel shall be dust and vermin proof, IP 65 class protection and made of 3.15mm CRCA MS sheet and 40x40x6mm thick angle iron frame work, externally powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer outside and two coats of red oxide primer on inside, front opening type, with aprons for cable entry, with double door shutter and locking arrangement (including provn of 65mm Godrej (Freedom) lock with 2 keys, internal wiring 2.5 Sqmm with PVC insulated, solid copper conductor, FRLS cables, IS-694 marked of adequate size. The scope of work includes the following:- Note : - Excavation & earth work, sand PCC in Foundation & coping for errecting the panel shall be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.

Dismantling of posts or structs (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embeded portion in concrete, brick work, masonary etc and making good distrurbed area complete all as specified and directed.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in any type of soil each n exc 0.5 cum , getting out and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specfied and directed.

S&F Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing & straining & fixing any type standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only chain link MS galvanisd fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying 20mm graded stone aggregate.
