Demolition of PCC including tiles, screed of any description in ground floors and paving's not exceeding 15cm thickness (below or above ground level) complete including disposal of debris to a distance all as directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L, 25mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate for receiving floor finishes, finishing the surface even and rough including necessary formwork complete all as specified and directed.

M&L, coloured HEAVY DUTY FULL BODY vitrified tiles in floors of size 600 x 600 x 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shade and design/pattern of tiles shall be as directed by GE.

M&L, 10mm thick coloured HEAVY DUTY FULL BODY vitrified tiles in skirting of size 600 x 100mm, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match shade of tile over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, coloured vitrified tiles, in floors of size 600 x 600 x 9 to 10mm thick, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tile over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:6 laying in floors complete all as specified and as directed complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Shade and design/pattern of tiles shall be as directed by GE.

M&L, 18 to 20mm thick machine cut jet black granite, factory polished, in platforms, counter tops, steps (single piece) bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry over screed bed or bedding layer 15mm thick in CM 1:4 and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone, including cutting to shape, rounding edges complete all as specified and as directed

M&L, 18 to 20mm thick machine cut jet black granite, factory polished, in skirting/dado, jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and as directed

M&L, 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in flooring laid over and including 20mm thick cement screed in CM 1:6, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L, 20-25mm thick machine cut kota stone slab in skirting/dado, laid over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:3, jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair, 8mm thick seamless calcium silicate false ceiling board made of siliceous and calcareous material reinforced with cellulose fibre fixed to the false ceiling section with 25mm long self drilling and tapping screws having phillips head with under head cutter at 200mm centre to centre, including finishing the joints of face board with specially formulated jointing compound and 48mm wide fibre tape to provide seamless finish to match existing ceiling including applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as directed. Note: Size of ceiling board shall be as per site requirement or as directed by GE.

S&F in repairs, metallic fibre acoustical suspended ceiling system with Mina Tuff (Micro look) edge tiles with silhouette exposed grid. The tiles hold have humidity resistance (RH) of 99%, NRC upto 0.6, light reflectance 88%, Thermal conductivity K=0.052-0.057 w/m K, colour white, fire performance Class-I (BS476 Part 6 & 7) in module size of 600 x 600 x 16mm with bio black coating on the face of the tile, impact resistant and suitable for green building application, with recycled content of 63%, Tile shall be laid on Silhouette profile grid system with 15mm white/black colour and with a web height of 38mm and having load carrying capacity of minimum 11.68 Kgs/Sqm, Silhouette, Main runner and Cross tees to have mitred ends and Birds mouth notches to provided mitred cruciform junction complete all as specified and directed. S&F in repairs, Fine Fissured RH99 Armstrong ceiling tile of size 600 x 600 x 12/16mm thick as per approved pattern complete all as directed.
