Earthwork in excavation in foundations,trenches etc, in all kinds of soil,not exceeing 2 metres depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches, stacking thr excavated soil,clear from the edge of excavation and subsequebt filling around masonary, in 15 cm layers with compaction,including disposal of all surplus soil,as directed within lead of 30 metres.[HSR 6.6]

Cement concrete 1 : 8 : 16 with brick ballast 40 mm Nominal size in foundation and plinth(HSR 10.26)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth.(HSR 11.4)

First class brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey upto 4 metres above plinth level.(HSR 11.9)

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work but excluding steel-reinforcement centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth.(HSR 10.79+10.95a)

Shuttering for faces of concrete foundations and foundations beams (vertical or battering)(HSR 9.13)

Steel reinforcement TMT bars FE-500 EQR / FE-500 D grade or more for RCC work, where no included in the complete rate of RCC including straightening, bending, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. and placing in position complete in all respects for all heights / depths / storeys / basements etc. Note: Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work, excluding overlaps. Wastage, overlaps, couplings, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire or other methods for binding and placing shall not be measured and cost of these items shall be deemed to be included in the rates for reinforcement.[HSR 18.22]

Damp proof course 25 mm thick of cement concrete 1:2:4 using stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size with 2 coats of bitumen 20/30 penetration, at 1.65 kg per sqm laid hot and sanded. In case bitumen painting is not done in Items from 10.113 to 10.115 the rates of these items shall be decreased by Rs. 8.45 and 1.20 per sqm the through and labour rates respectively.(HSR 10.115+Note)

15 mm thick cement plaster 1:6 on the rough side of single of half brick wall (HSR 15.12)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:5(HSR 15.6)

Cement pointing 1:2 deep variety on brick and Tile work(HSR 15.60)

Applying priming coat with cement primer in all shades on newly plastered or concrete exterior surfaces.(HSr 16.25). (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge)

Providing two coats of exterior acrylic emulsion paint 1st quality (HSR 16.79b) (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge)

Wrought iron and mild steel (using angles, flats square bars, tees and channels) ladders, grills, gratting frames, window guards, iron doors openable or fixed stair case or parapet or any other type of railing, gates and tree guards etc., including cost (HSR 18.12)

Applying priming coat with metal primer on New steel or iron work including preparation of surface.(HSR 16.9). (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge)

Painting two coats excluding priming coat with ready-mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on new steel or iron work.(HSR 16.17). (Note:- First quality paint of reputed make firm such as Goodlass-Nerolac, Berger, Garware, Jenson, Nicholson, Asian & Shalimar Shall be used as approved by Engineer-in-charge in writing, Drum of paint shall be opened in presence of Engineer-in-charge)

Dressed or moulded two brick cornice laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 including 12 mm thick cement plster 1:4 or pointing, as required.(HSR 11.77)

Extra for brick work in Square or rectangular Pillars in buildings.(HSR 11.42)

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 with stone aggregate 40 mm Nominal size in foundation and plinth(HSR 10.39)

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work in footings, strips, foundations, beams, rafts, pedestals and approach slabs of bridges etc., excluding steel reinforcement (HSR 10.90+10.95a)

Cement concrete 1:1 1/2:3 with stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size for reinforced concrete work for walls exceeding 20 cm thickness (straight and curved) beams, girders, stairs, columns, (square or rectangular) battens and lintels etc. excluding st(HSR 10.86+10.95a)

12 mm thick cement plaster 1:4(HSR 15.5)

Providing and fixing concertina coil fencing with punched tape concertina coil 600 mm dia 10 metre openable length ( total length 90 m), having 50 nos rounds per 6 metre length, upto 3 m height of wall with existing angle iron ‘Y’ shaped placed 2.4m or 3.00 m apart and with 9 horizontal R.B.T. reinforced barbed wire, stud tied with G.I. staples and G.I. clips to retain horizontal, including necessary bolts or G.I. barbed wire tied to angle iron, all complete as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, with reinforced barbed tape(R.B.T.) / Spring core (2.5mm thick) wire of high tensile strength of 165 kg/ sq.mm with tape (0.52 mm thick) and weight 43.478 gm/ metre (cost of M.S. angle, C.C. blocks shall be paid separately) (DSR: 16.53)

Fixing of Bhale on boundary wall complete in all respect as per drawings and specification to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-In-Charge (N.S)

Dismantling Brick Work, Tile Masonry or Tile Lining and Tile Terracing in cement (HSR 8.5 b)

Recovery Items:-Bidder have to quote rate for recovery items at least or more than reserve price. The rate quoted against recovery items will not be included in the total amount rather it will be deducted while calculating financial statement of the agency.T Note:- The reserve rate/amount is minimum amount to be used as base for quoted purchase rate by the agency.
