SITC of heavy duty industrial type 4nos 3tr high wall split AC units for UPS Room in MOB, RBI, Belapur

Hi wall split AC Unit: Supply, Installation, Testing and commissioning (SITC) of heavy duty industrial type 3.0TR not less than 36000 BTU/hr (cooling capacity of 10551 watts) non-inverter type Hi wall split AC unit (both IDU and ODU) with copper condenser and evaporator coils, cordless remote with batteries and all standard accessories. The work includes vacumisation, testing and gas charging. The unit shall have temperature indicator on the front panel of IDU. The refrigerant shall be environmentally friendly (R32 or better) etc., all complete and as per technical specifications detailed in Part I. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, insurance, transportation, loading & unloading, labour cess etc.,

Copper piping: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of suitable dia. / thickness reputed make copper piping for interconnecting outdoor unit (ODU) with indoor unit (IDU) (suction & discharge) duly insulated with 13mm thick reputed make nitrile rubber along with PVC tapping, brazing, laying on wall / ceiling suspended using necessary hardware viz., saddles and suspenders, down rods, spacers, screws etc., all complete as per technical specifications detailed in Part I. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, insurance, transportation, loading & unloading, labour, cess etc., Note: Measurement will be considered for both suction and discharge pipe put together. Size of the pipes shall be as per manufacturer standards.

Power Supply Cable: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of 3C, 6.0 Sq.mm PVC insulated multistrand copper FRLS cable suitable for the above AC units from MCB DB to outdoor unit (ODU) laying on wall / ceiling suspended using necessary hardware viz., saddles and suspenders, down rods, spacers, screws etc., including termination at both ends using suitable size brass glands and copper lugs all complete as per technical specifications detailed in Part I. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, insurance, transportation, loading & unloading, labour cess etc.,

Communication Cable: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of 4C, 1.5 Sq.mm multistrand copper armoured FRLS cable suitable for the above AC unit for communication from outdoor unit (ODU) to indoor unit (IDU) laying on wall / ceiling / G.I cable tray suspended using necessary hardware viz., saddles and suspenders, down rods, spacers, screws etc., including termination at both ends using suitable size brass glands and copper lugs all complete as per technical specifications detailed in Part I . Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, insurance, transportation, loading & unloading, labour, cess etc.,

Drain Piping: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of 32/40 mm dia. C-PVC pipe for draining of condensation water duly laying on wall / ceiling suspended using necessary hardware viz., saddles and suspenders, down rods, spacers, screws etc., all complete as per technical specifications detailed in Part I. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, insurance, transportation, loading & unloading, labour, cess etc.,

Weatherproof MCB cabinet with MCB: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning (SITC) of outdoor type weatherproof cabinet (IP 65/66 rated) along with 32A, 2P, C curve MCB to be installed near the outdoor unit with necessary fixing materials and hardware etc. all complete as per technical specifications detailed in Part I. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, insurance, transportation, loading, unloading etc.,

Timer controller: Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of single phase, 220V+/-1%, 50Hz operating timer control of reputed make to operate two AC units on shift basis (with selection option for either 4hrs / 8 hrs schedule).

Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract (CAMC): Comprehensive AMC charges per annum after completion of defect liability period of one year including all taxes as mentioned in tender Part –I. Rate shall be inclusive of all taxes, GST, levies, insurance, transportation, loading, unloading etc., The AMC rate will be fixed for 01 year after DLP and payment shall be made on half yearly basis on satisfactory monthly services.
