The tenderer must have minimum average annual contractual turnover of V/N or "V" whichever is less ;where V= Advertised value of the tender in crores of Rupees N= Number of years prescribed for completion of work for which bids have been invited. The average annual contractual turnover shall be calculated as an average of 'total contractual payments" in the previous three financial years, as per the audited balance sheet. However, in case balance sheet of the previous year is yet to be prepared/ audited, the audited balance sheet of the fourth previous year shall be considered for calculating average annual contractual turnover. The tenderers shall submit requisite information as per Annexure-VIB, along with copies of Audited Balance Sheets duly certified by the Chartered Accountant/ Certificate from Chartered Accountant duly supported by Audited Balance Sheet.
The tenderer must have successfully completed or substantially completed any one of the following categories of work(s) during last 07 (seven) years, ending last day of month previous to the one in which tender is invited: (i)Three similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 30% of advertised value of the tender, or (ii)Two similar works each costing not less than the amount equal to 40% of advertised value of the tender, or (iii)One similar work costing not less than the amount equal to 60% of advertised value of the tender. All the dismantled material should be handed over to E.I.C. at site with proper challan
All the materials should be got inspected and approved by the competent authority Sr.DEE/G/RNY or his representative & Engineer in Charge at site should be contacted before execution of work.
The contractor(s) have to supply all petty stores, which may be required for successful commissioning of the equipments, but not mentioned in the schedule of works. The rate quoted against each item shall be inclusive of those petty stores.
The Contractor shall execute the work to entire satisfaction of the site Engineer, SR DEE/RNY(G) or his representative.
All materials which will be utilized for this work shall confirm to relevant IS specifications.
Successful Tenderer shall produce & hand over test and Guarantee certificate issued by manufacturer of all the equipment/ Component at the time of supply to Railways, failing which bill of the work will not be passed.
Wiring wire/Cable Make should be of Polycab/Goldmedal/Richa/Havell's/Kolors/Benlo/Anchor/BCH/Vinay Electricals.
Switch, socket, power unit, ceiling rose, holder, concealed box, AC starter etc make should be of Kolor/Anchor/Goldmedal/Richa/Havell's/C&S/Benlo/Anchor/Vinay Electricals.
GI pipe make should be of Jindal/Bansal/TATA/Nezone.
MCB, RCCB, DB Make should be of BCH/C&S/ABB/Geco/Legrand/Havell's/Richa/Benlo/Goldmedal/Vinay Electricals.
PVC pipe should be of Richa/Presto Plast/J Plast.
Room Air Conditioner should be of Voltas/LG/Havell's/Samsung/ Blue Star.
XLPE armoured aluminium cable make should be of Havell's/KEI/Polycab/Richa.
Insurance policy has to be taken against contract by contractor, indemnifying the Railways of any financial implication arising due to payout of claims on account of damages, accidents, untoward incidents etc. during the execution of work.
Tenderer should submit the documents as per the Annexure-'A' attached at the time of submission of bill.
Successful contractor must follow guidelines as per extant rules of IR-Shramik Kalyan Portal.
Penalty :- In case of any damage causes to railway materials at the time execution of work, penalty will be imposed as per railway norms otherwise the same should be rectified as per original.
Agency should give their email id and mobile no. on which instruction for daily work will be issued for different site. 12 hours will be given after mail/message for arranging labour and site supervisor
No work can be carried out without availability of site supervisor. if site supervisor is not available, then work will be stopped, and action will be taken as per GCC.
