Comprehensive preventive and periodical maintenance and checking serviceability of on line UPS installed in various switch rooms/Wards/Dept of CTVS Centre and Army Dental Centre as per manufacturer's recommendation in reliable safe and efficient manner using latest technique & expert consultancy by regularly examining and adjusting the mechanical & electrical driving equipment including replacement of defective /spare parts/items as and when required by employing 01 technician having qualification of ITI or diploma in electrical/ electronics engineering with adequate experience in the general shift from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including Sunday and holiday complete all as specified to entire satisfction of Engineer-in-charge. (i) 20 KVA UPS -05 Nos (ii) 30 KVA UPS - 12 Nos Notes : (i) The cost of all defective /userviceable spare parts/items required to be replaced is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor (ii) Cost of any item and extra manpower required to make the system functional is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contracor. (iii) The contractor shall attend the complaints of UPS on receipt at any time round the clock including Sunday and Holiday and the cost of the same is deemed to be included in the rates quoted. The penalty for non attending the complaints of UPS upto six hrs shall be Rs. Rs.1000/- per day. (iv) Maint/ repair as enumerated above shall be under taken by the manufacturer or their authorized dealer/ rep. (v) The dust cleaning shall be carried out of each UPS in a week. (vi) The elect connections shall be checked regularly for looseness / tightening the same. (vii) The fortnightly periodical maint shall be carried out in rotation apart from breakdown for each UPS and record of same to be maintained duly signed by contractor rep and MES rep. (viii) The complete work is to be carried out through the OEM & MOU from the companies must be submitted before commencement of work. (ix) Rate quoted by contractor for this item does not include replacement of battery and main transformer

Comprehensive Maintenance of Wired/Wireless multi services Nurse Call System installed at AHRR, of following location, employing 01 technician having qualification of ITI in electrical/electronics engineering with adequate experience in the general shift from 0900 hrs to 1700 hrs including Sunday and holiday to make the system functional in following wards :- (i) Main Bldg AHRR- 647 Nos bed unit and 26 Nos display (ii) CTVS Centre - 257 Nos bed unit and 12 Nos display Notes : (i) Preventive & routine repair/maintenance of Wireless Display and controlling units. (ii) Preventive & routine repair/maintenance of Wireless Bed Units (iii) Preventive & routine repair/maintenance of DC 12V batteries for Bed Units (iv) Preventive repair & Maintenance of all systems on monthly basis and upkeep of log book. (v) Attending to all complaints within 24 hours failling which penal recovery @ Rs 500.00 /complaint per day will be effected from contractor's dues (vi) Field Service Reports will be maintained and submitted to the concerned JE(MES) whenever required. (vii) All spares parts included in quoted rates excluding wireless bed unit and wireless display and controlling unit. (viii) The complete work is to be carried out through the OEM & MOU from the companies must be submitted before commencement of work.

Comprehensive preventive and periodical maintenance of OT lights (21 Nos) installed at OT Complex of main bldg of AHRR, CTVS Centre and Army Dental Centre as per manufacture recommendation, in reliable, safe and efficient manner using latest techniques & expertise consultancy by 01 technician having qualification of ITI in electrical / electronics in general shift from 0900h to 1700h including sunday and holiday, and adjusting the mechanical and electrical driving equipment incl replacement of minor defective / spares parts / items i.e. lamp including complete accessories likes driver, ballast etc and wire, lugs, nut, bolts, screws etc as and when required, complete all as specified to entire satisfaction of Engr-in-charge. (i) Main Bldg Hospital (P-100) - 09 Nos (ii) CTVS Centre - 07 Nos (iii) Army Dental Centre - 05 Nos Note : (i) The cost of all kind of minor spares parts / items i.e. nut, bolt, washer, fastner etc is deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (ii) The cost of transportation (to and fro), skilled manpoer and other necessary equipment shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job at site only and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (iii) The complete work is to be carried out through the OEM & MOU from the companies must be submitted before commencement of work. (v) The penalty for non attending the complaints upto six hrs shall be Rs. 500/-, per day.

Supply and installation including testing and commissioning of SMF Battery 12 Volts, 42 AH with battery copper terminals / thimples, battery inter-connection copper cable 16 Sqmm etc, complete all as specified. Note:- Minimum Replacement manufacture warranty for 2 years.

Note : 1. The Four run of 6 Sqmm wire, one run of 6 Sqmm wire (for earth) and 1 mtr PVC conduit pipe will be measured as one unit.

Note : 1. The two run of 4 Sqmm wire, one run of 4 Sqmm wire (for earth) and 1 mtr PVC conduit pipe will be measured as one unit. Note for Item No 7 to 9 :- Cutting chases required for sub main wiring shall be finished with cement mortar 1:4 and surface shall be matched with existing shade of surface shall be deemed to be included in the unit rate quoted by the contractor.

S & F in replacement Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, SPN 4 way, 240 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of RCCBs / MCBs and isolators etc and making all necessary connections complete all as specified.

S & F in replacement Distribution Board double Door made out of CRCA mild steel sheet surface with insulated material like polyester or with epoxy powder coating and IP 43 & IK 09 protection, surface mounting, TPN DB 4 way, 415 volts with bus bar rating 200 Amps, dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCBs and isolators etc and making all necessary connections complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in replacement RCBO, 230 Volt, 40 Amp, 30mA, 50 Hz, with 10 kA short circuit capacity of Double pole for ensuring protection from leakage current, short circuit & over load to the user for a particular circuit. In normal use, it is safe to use and free of threat to user as well as to environment in accordance with IS 12640-2 & IEC 61009-1 in the SPN DB as outgoing all as specified.

S & F in replacement RCBO, 415 Volt, 40 Amp, 30mA, 50 Hz, with 10 kA short circuit capacity of 4 pole for ensuring protection from leakage current, short circuit & over load to the user for a particular circuit. In normal use, it is safe to use and free of threat to user as well as to environment in accordance with IS 12640-2 & IEC 61009-1 in the TPN DB as outgoing complete all as specified.
