Providing earth work in embankment with approved materials obtained from departmental/ Private land or other sources upto lead of 50 metre, including all lifts, laying in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre thickness breaking clods, dressing to the required lines, curves, grade & section, watering and compaction with power roller to achieve not less than 97 percent of standard proctor density etc. complete.

Construction of granular sub-base by Plant Mix Method by providing close graded Material, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at Optimum Moisture Content, carriage of mixed Material to work site,spreading in uniform layers with Motor Grader/ Paver on prepared surface and compacting with vibratory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per clause 401. For Grading II Material.

Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macadam specification including spreading in uniform thickness,hand packing to proper grade and camber,applying and brooming requ Indian Standard Institute te type of screening binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate,watering and compacting with Intelligent Compactor with compaction analyzer and V-Sat attachment to the required density with Grading-I, using Screening Type-A(13.2 millimetre Aggregate).

Providing and applying tack coat on the prepared surface heating by flames in boiler and spraying bitumen with sprayer on dry/hungry Black Top surface at 3.00 kilogram per 10 Square Metre using VG-30 grade bulk bitumen.

Providing and constructing 75 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone metal layers 30 percent crusher broken metal and 70 percent Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at 2 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete including picking of existing WBM surface.

Providing and constructing 50 millimetre thick Modified Penetration Macadam (MPM) road surface including all materials, preparing the existing road surface, spreading 40 millimetre stone metal layers 30 percent crusher broken metal and 70 percent Hand broken (by breaking rubble obtained by blasting) heating and spraying the bitumen of VG-30 grade at 1.75 kilogram per square metre, spreading 12 millimetre size chips compacting with three wheel static roller having weight 8 to 10 metric tonne to achive the desired degree of compaction as per Technical Specification Clause 506 etc. complete including applying tack coat at the rate of 0.30 kilogram per square metre on existing bitumen surface using VG- 30 Bitumen

Providing and Laying Open Graded premix surfacing 20 millimetre thickness composed of 13.2 millimetre to 5.6 millimetre aggregates premixed with bituminous binder transported to site with Vehicle Tracking System, laid over a previously prepared surface, finished to the required grade, level, alignment and rolling to achieve the desired compaction,using VG-30 Bitumen,including providing and laying seal coat, sealing voids in a bituminious surface laid to the specified level and cross fall using Type”A”seal coat but excluding prime / tack coat, using Bitumen VG-30 bulk bitumen, drum mix type hot mix plant with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition using Ordinary Paver, with Vibratory roller.

Providing hard murum side shoulder including supplying hard murum at the road site, including spreading and compacting for sidewidth layers on each side with power roller including artificial watering etc complete.

Excavation for foundation in earth, soils of all types, sand,gravel and soft murum, including removing the excavated material upto a distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete. (Lift from 1.5 metre to 3.0 metre).

Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of Mix-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer)) with reversible Drum Type mixer with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, with Natural Sand.

Excavation for foundation in hard murum including removing the excavated material upto distance of 50 metres beyond the building area and stacking and spreading as directed, dewatering, preparing the bed for the foundation and necessary back filling, ramming, watering including shoring and strutting etc. complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-3 class of 1000 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing cast in situ / ready mix M-10 grade cement concrete for head walls of Cross Drainage work / retaining walls etc. including necessary form work, compaction, finishing and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer/ concrete batch mix plant (pan mixer) with Superwisery Control and Data Acquisition, with Natural Sand.

Providing and laying cement concrete pipe of Indian Standard 458:2003 non pressure-2 class of 600 millimetre diameter in proper line, level and slope including providing and fixing collars in cement mortar 1:2 complete.

Providing and fixing Mix-15 Reinforced Cement Concrete guard stone boundary stone of standard size and shape including fixing in block of standard size of 1:4:8 cement concrete,white washing complete .

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 200 metre stone as per Indian Road Congress standard including fixing in block of cement concrete 1:4:8,painting lettering complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 1:2:4 ordinary kilometre stones including painting,numbering as per Indian Road Congress design for major district road kilometre stone and fixing in standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block complete.

Providing and fixing reinforced cement concrete 5th kilometre stones on major district road including painting ,numbering as per Indian Road Congress design kilometre stone and fixing in standard size cement concrete 1:4:8 block complete.

Watering and compacting of embankment formed of materials obtained from the road cutting, within a lead of 50 metre, not less than 97 percent of standard proctor density after laying them in layers of 20 centimetre to 30 centimetre with vibratory roller.
