Dismantling of floor, health or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing) removing rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Non-skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square / rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for vitrified ceramic tiles 9 to10mm thick (square / rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 Sqm, in floor set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (light shade) in and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for chequered colour cement concrete tiles with grey cement and pigment of size 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors / steps in and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine pressed precast concrete coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment of any shape, colour and size conforming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness, M-35 grade and including sand filling of minimum 50mm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings not exceeding 15 CM thickness (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100 mm thick cement concrete1:4:8 type D-2, using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in subbase of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring, surface finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only glass dividing strips, 3mm thick and 28mm width and inserted in position to conform to design complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection, surface finished even fair complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F welded galvanised steel wire mesh (as per approved pattern), made up into matteresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position complete all as specified and as directed.

Forming contraction (dummy) joint, 10mm wide and 30mm deep filled with sealing compound grade A complete all as specified and as directed. Note :- Joints shall be formed with mechanical cutter.

Taking down cement plaster from brick or stone wall or concrete surfaces including racking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in two layers on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4(first layer 10mm thick and second layer 5mm thick mixed with WPC @3% by weight of cement) surface finished even and fair complete all as specified and as directed. Note : WPC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Supply only water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:6, surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 5mm thick rendering on ceiling surfaces in cement mortar 1:4, surface finished even and fair as in patch work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surface of wall and applying two coats of oil emulsion distemper over one coat of primer and including applying 1mm thick wall care putty complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of weather proof acrylic emulsion paint exterior grade (100% acrylic) of silver steak shade of asian paint over a coat of primer on prepared external surfaces of wall of any description over 10cm width or girth etc on column/wall/pillars, RCC chajja and facia etc of approved shade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone / boulder masonry built in cement mortar complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for brick work with fly ash old size bricks straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles laid bedded and pointed in any mortar of any description of any thickness in floors, aprons etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick pre-polished machine cut kota stone slab flooring over 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for granite slab 18 to 20mm thick machine cut, bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing such as steps, platform, counter and other similar work including screed bed or bedding layer of 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

Rounding for edges of stone slab one edge such as in steps, cooking platform and other similar work complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for reinforcement cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate as in slab supported on wall, beam etc, landing, chajja, shelves and the like including necessary use and waste of form work complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F TMT bars 10mm dia and over out to length, bent to shape required, including cranking bending band binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for washing, cleaning the existing terrazzo cast insitu flooring and grouting with neat cement grout of cream consistency using same coloured cement as in original mix curing and grinding by machine with carborundum stone of 300 to 400 grit size, surface washed clean and rubbed hard with felt and moistened oxalic acid powder at the rate of 5 gm of oxalic acid powder per sqm and subsequently floor washed clean with dilute oxalic acid solution and dried and polishing with machine fited with felt or hessian bobs till floor shines complete all as specified and as directed.
